STINKS!! You can't be on the balcony! They leave the open bins on the pavement all day. The strong smell (specially fish) makes it impossible to enjoy the good weather on the balcony... Such a shame...

Beautiful hotel, perfect location for market hoppers and architecture lovers and anyone else, really. Clean, good service, 24/7 coffee, tea and cookies āœØļø We got the disabled room which was significantly less breathtaking, but still alright. The hotel is surrounded by pubs and cafĆ©s, the noise from which may seriously disturb your sleep at night. It is NOT quiet. Also, no view from the back rooms.

TL;DR: Disappointing and not worth the price. The worst management and service weā€™ve ever experienced. We booked a night in the penthouse suite for 4 guests via booking.com and called the hotel a day in advance to confirm our reservation (since they didnā€™t answer our email). Two of us arrived at 15:00 and were led to our roomā€¦ that was set up for only two guests, complete with a bottle of wine with a sign with my name on it. ā€œYou didnā€™t touch anything?!ā€ was the conciergeā€˜s initial reply to our suggestion that there must have been a mix up. To make a long story short, after being accused of clicking on the wrong room to book (the prices were different and I had screen shots as proof), we were downgraded to a different room to accommodate our needs, while another party of four got our intended room. We asked for a compensation (having paid A LOT for a fancy penthouse suiteā€¦), and received a 10% discount and a promise from the concierge that heā€™ll see what else he can do to make our stay pleasant (spoiler alert: they didnā€™t do anything elseā€¦). The room was lovely and clean, which was more than we could say about the rooftop jacuzzi that was full of sand and smelled like a dirty aquarium. The location is amazing and the hotel boasts in its breakfast buffet from the Nordinyo bakery next door. Effectively, the buffet included many buffet staples with a small assortment of the bakeryā€™s goods and self-served coffee from a machine. We had to ask for milk, tea, a pitcher of water (that was quickly taken away from us to another table) and butter for the stale mini-croissants (they didnā€™t have any. A BAKERY didnā€™t have any butter to serve at the hotel buffet). We were very clear with the concierge during check-out when he asked us about our stay that it was way below any scale of expectations from a boutique (and very expensive) hotel. He apologised, and took my card to charge it for parking.

We booked a spa day at this hotel. The package included cava, access to the hotel facilities such as hot tub on the roof. The water of the hot tub were disgusting and full of dirt. For 45 minute we have been asking the hotel stuff to replace the water. Itā€™s also covid times so hygiene wise this was awful. They do not have a proper phone number for the reception so I ended up being most of this day on the phone with the general service. The wine arrived in plastic cups.. as if I was in a festival.. anyways. No value for money if youā€™re looking for a full spa day.

We came for a massage and a breakfast using a BuyMe voucher I got as a gift. The hotel designed very well, you can see that there's history to the building and yet it is still very modern, clean and beautiful. The rooftop has a great view of Nahalat Binyamin, and a great clean hot tub. We enjoyed it very much. The massage was also great! Only disappointing thing was the breakfast which included 3 options for a coffee place in the area, all three of them are not recommended from my experience. Also, we where supposed to have free cava through out the day, but there was only one empty bottle there, and no one cared to replace it with a new one. Other than that we liked it very much, the lady at the reception was very friendly and there was a lovely variety of coffee and tea plus some cookies and snacks.

I can only speak for the spa, since we didn't stay there, and it was a great experience! They treated us well and made sure we had a good time. The jacuzzi on the other hand was on an open roof and open for everyone to use.If you like that kind of socializing, and don't mind a little rain, this might be a good place to visit. Otherwise, maybe just the spa.

Lovely boutique hotel with historical character and beautifully renovated in a fantastic location. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because at this price range I would have expected a little more attention to detail -- coffee maker on the patio was broken, the furniture on the patio and sun roof were dirty, the receptionists were not very welcoming, and there was misinformation like the website says they have bikes, but they have only one and they advertised cocktails on the roof after massages and that didn't happen. "Cocktails" apparently is a warm bottle of Cava next to the receptionist. And small things like a welcome letter that says they have a booklet of reccomendations and local map for guests, neither of which they actually had. I highly recommend the hotel, but it could be more fantastic if they could iron out these small details.

Good, friendly service. Nicely fit-out rooms. Roof-top easy accessible jacuzzi. Simple but tasty breakfast. In the city center, 10min walk from the beach.

The included breakfast is amazing. The staff is nice and cooperative. The area is great for strolling around and getting the TLV vibe. The rooms are big, well equipped. The mattress is firm and very good. We had a room with a balcony facing the street. The room had no minimal noise isolation from the outside. No double glazing, nor any kind of isolation in the door towards the outside balcony. We were aware that's it's a noisy area, but still, seems there is no effort for making the room a bit quieter. We requested for a change of room and got a much quieter room in the back of the building. Thumbs up for that. Would recommend taking a room not facing the street. Would have given 5-star if didnt have the noisy (not sound proffed) room issue.

Awesome! Nice cosy and stylish hotel at the middle of nahalat binyamin st. Close to everything, nice stuff and a great service. We also had a massage at the hotel that was really great!!!

This is a great place to stay in the heart of all that is best of Tel Aviv. It is above many excellent cafes and restaurants along the Nachalat Binyamin walk, close to the Shuk, Rothschild Blvd, and the beach. There is no parking, but a public lot is half a block away. There is no health club, but 3 blocks away you have access to Rothschild 22's gym. The hotel also has a roof top which is quite attractive and a service for providing massages. The only problem with this place is that if you are looking for a good night's sleep, forget it. The noise all night long from the night life, trash trucks, and overhead airplanes will exhaust you. And so this brings the rating down to a 4. This can be remedied if you bring good ear plugs, and after 3 days I learned my lesson. The Nordoy room with its two balconies and view over Nachalat Binyamin is my favorite. The breakfast in the morning is in their chic restaurant and is good. Elena and Anna are excellent hosts and helpful in every way. Overall, if you are an adventurer and wish an alternative to the high priced beach hotels and wish to get a real feel of Tel Aviv, this place is great.

Want to share my TRABLE EXPERIENCE in the hotel spa. we are a couple thet do every to weeks a massage and it was the first time, in our life!, that we wanted to leave in the middle. the masseurs were really unprofessional, didn't ask us any questions, did the massage without any order they start with our heads went to the legs than hands and than come back to legs?!?!? way!?!? in addition to that the massage room was full with light, and the WORST moment for me was when I touched the massage bed and i felt a gum stuck on it ): and finally we try to approach the hotel about it they rejected us, didn't answer our calls. on the one time the spa manager answer us, he play nice and didn't do anything about it. so thanks nordoy hotel for ruin my girlfriend birthday and from robbing my money!

Spa was great. Very good massage and everything feels so relaxing and calm. The hotel and facilities were so nice, the decoration and everything felt so magical. The hot tub was a bit unclean but it didnā€™t bother much. Highly recommended ā¤ļø

There were blood stains on the sheets. It took a while untill they changed them. They compansated with cava. I asked reception to bring me milk. They said i have to go down and get by myself. The service was bad. Breakfast was poooor. I stayed at many botique hotels. We paid 1400 shekels a night. I expected sooo much more. Location perfect.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER EXPERIENCED! I wanted to book the penthouse suite for my wedding preparation and I asked for a late checkout (at 1pm) but this request has been refused because they consider I should book an extra night and told me they will not accept external guests (make up artist, hair dresser etc) to enter my room if I don't take another night. The manager has no respect for clients, it's unacceptable!

Great location. Rooms are clean, hotel has a good vibe overall. Wish it was vegan friendly - At the coffee station and breakfast. In the room the only thing that was annoying is the fan making noise so we couldn't use it overnight. A great hotel other than that

We stayed in the hotel for one night. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was free coffee and cookie stand we enjoyed, complimentary wine and water in the room. The room was very spacious and clean. Amazing location. The only downside is the noise from the street, we were on the second floor with windows shut and we could still hear the noise

About the spa: Techno music isnā€™t ideal during a massage. Our masseuse was sick, sniffling the whole time which isnā€™t as calming as a massage should be. They offer a shower but the shower head was broken and the drain clogged. The rooftop jacuzzi was cold and dirty. I regret not having read the other reviews of Nordoy before booking here.

Rooms were great. Comfortable, large and clean. Location is fantastic. Many restaurants and bars near by. Breakfast was a disgraceful flop. In a closed off part of a not-working establishment, serving paper plages and plastic cutlery with a small selection of food. The rceptionists couldn't care less and emails to customer support were unanswered

Received the wrong room at check in and had to switch after unpacking. Very small room, lots of noise from the street. Breakfast was ok but the room it's served in was very uncomfortable. The hotel cafe serve amazing food fat better than the hotel breakfast.Good location

Limited to SPA experience!!!! We had yesterday used spa, particularly couples massage 45 minutes. The welcome is awesome, there is waiting room with coffee, tea, some cakes. My wife enjoyed the massage itself, with very low customer service level. But overall, the massage was good. I had a young guy, and the massage was so-so, I may need to ask him make it stronger. Kind of entry level plus massagers. So till now, they deserved solid 4 stars for sure. The point is during the massage, under window there is coffee place smoking area, and cigarettes smoke with load chat is coming inside the room. Itā€™s really not funā€¦ Ok, so now it comes to 2 stars. But the champion is the owner at reception, once I told him about the smell, his accountability for client experience was very limited: ā€œitā€™s outside, nothing to do aboutā€. The overall experience does not worth the time I spent there, off course the payment as well.

I recommend!! Very good experience in this boutique hotel. Very centric, good service, good massage, good breakfast. I recommend and will come back here. The reception is ok and everybody tried to help us and to make us feel like at home. I tried quite a lot of hotels/boutique hotels in tlv and one of the best
