I stayed there for the night that I spent in Nablus. I've stayed in a lot of hostels and this is one of my favourites. The building is gorgeous and has a great atmosphere plus a lovely rooftop. Basel the owner is really friendly and helpful and the hostel is located in the Old City, so perfectly located. Definitely stay here when you visit, I'll hopefully be back.

Turquoise has been the best hostel in all of Palestine! During my stay I was greeted by Farah, who welcomed me as part of her family, and in fact throughout my visit I enjoyed the hospitality of her, Marie and Diana. Also of the guys who are aware of the security of the Hostel. Turquoise is a hostel very well located in the heart of the city of Nablus, clean, tidy, and with very friendly staff. In addition, it has a cafeteria at the top with incredible views of the city of Nablus.

This hostel is an absolute asset to Nablus. The views are absolutely stunning and the rooftop is worth a visit. The people that work here are so lovely and the hostel feels like an Ottoman palace. Thanks so much for such an amazing stay!

You can feel the ancient atmosphere of nablus city if you choose to live in and also you can have an beautiful view of this amazing city on their roof. We stayed in Turquoise Hostel for two days and are very impressed by the hospitality of Basel, Alessendra and her husband. They are all very interesting to talk to - in particular, Alessandra grew up in Italy and moved to Palestine recently and has interesting perspective towards the situation there. We really enjoy the conversations (not to mention they provide super helpful tips to tour around the city!) Also, hostel is very conveniently located in the old city and spotlessly clean. We see that they really put in a lot of effort to put together this hostel. Even if you are not staying in thr hostel, we recommend you to to go their Cafe opposite the hostel. They hired youngsters with very interesting backgrounds - and you will certainly have good conversations with either the youngsters there or Basel himself!

The place is so unclean and looks like a mess. You get the feeling as if you’ve interrupted a family setting together or something like this. They do not welcome the coming person properly and they leave the kitchen uncleaned. Furthermore, many tables are so dirty and dirty cups are everywhere.
