***UPDATED
REVIEW:
See
the
hotel's
comments
below.
No
taking
responsibility,
not
apologizing,
nothing.
Nothing
is
their
fault.
They
also
overcharged
us
by
more
than
US$160.
Utter
incompetence.***
I
just
stayed
in
this
hotel
for
three
nights.
First,
the
location
of
the
hotel
is
great,
if
you
don't
mind
the
noise
from
Rothschild
Blvd.
below.
Everything
else
was
well
below
standard
and
very,
very
disappointing.
On
our
second
day,
nobody
cleaned
our
room
-
which
was
dirty
to
begin
with
when
we
checked
in
-
and
when
we
told
the
front-desk
person,
she
just
claimed
that
we
checked
in
that
day,
not
the
day
before.
Instead
of
just
accepting
that
they
made
a
mistake,
she
claimed
we
were
lying
(needless
to
say,
they
charged
us
for
the
correct
number
of
nights).
When
we
called
the
front
desk
to
say
that
room
702
("seven
oh
two,"
as
we
say
in
English)
wasn't
cleaned,
they
said
they
didn't
have
a
room
with
that
number.
A
hotel
front-desk
"professional"
didn't
even
know
that
we
can
say
"oh"
instead
of
zero
in
numbers
in
English.
Despite
claiming
to
be
a
three-
or
four-star
hotel,
there
was
no
iron
or
ironing
board
in
the
room.
We
had
to
call
to
get
one.
The
"business
lounge"
was
always
so
packed
-
not
even
sure
they
were
hotel
guests
because
nobody
guarded
the
entrance
to
the
lounge
-
that
we
almost
never
got
a
seat
there.
Twice
we
had
to
call
for
fresh
towels
because
there
were
none
in
the
room.
The
coffee
capsules
in
the
room
were
never
refilled
after
the
first
day.
The
floor
in
the
bathroom
was
not
mopped
and
very
dirty
when
we
checked
in,
with
tons
of
hair
in
the
corners.
The
shower
edges
were
gross
and
moldy.
During
our
last
night,
the
electricity
was
out
for
hours
in
the
room
and
the
air
conditioning
didn't
work,
making
the
room
unbearably
hot.
Overall,
this
hotel
is
worse
than
some
youth
hostels
in
Tel
Aviv,
but
it
costs
as
much
as
a
luxury
hotel.
Just
awful.
I
do
not
recommend
it
and
would
never
stay
there
again.
