Way overpriced. Service is extremely slow. Not the most friendly people I've met (but I've seen worse as well). This place is officially catering to Americans but they have a lot of improvement to do. You would assume that an expensive place would have good bagels at least but nope! Not this place! Pretty poor job on the bagels. The food in general however is pretty decent but not worth it. Just go to bush bagels.

Great Breakfast/Brunch place in Jerusalem, American style food.

I visited this establishment mid day today with my daughter, son in law and mother in law. The place is very poorly laid out, in such a way which necessitates customers squeezing past each other to get in out and around. There were only 2 people working there, even though it was peak time. We waited on line 20 minutes to order a pizza bagel and three salads. One worker was doing salads and one was doing bagels. When the bagel guy freed up he took someone who walked into the store a minute previously before us. When we pointed it out he ignored us and continued with her order. All 3 salads were done before the pizza bagel, even though the salad guy started out after the bagel guy. When we were paying I pointed out that it wasn't right for him to take the other customer in front of us and it cost us an extra 5 minutes waiting time on top of a huge wait to begin with. All he needed to say was "you're right, I'm sorry" but he was extremely discourteous. I asked to speak to the owner and he said he was - which I doubt is true - an owner would have apologized in the least and given a discount or thrown in a salad topping or something if he had any regard for customer satisfaction. The food was fine - nothing to right home about - the same you'd get at any bagel place anywhere in the country. But the experience left me with indigestion.

Clean. Efficient service. If you don't see a table, one gets vacated pretty quickly, since it's a fast lunch type of place, not a big-meal dining establishment

There can often be a queue but the bagels and salads are well priced and always good. Staff are helpful and try to serve you as quickly as possible. Comfortable places to sit if you want to eat in but be sure to clear your table after as I dont think the staff do it when they are busy

They need a little more staff to help out. Otherwise food is delicious and the place is clean.
