We
came
for
breakfast
on
a
Thursday
morning
and
were
surprised
we
had
to
wait
a
little.
The
place
was
packed,
so
it
may
be
wise
to
make
a
reservation.
The
breakfast
was
lovely.
It
was
the
same
standard
breakfast
concept
offered
in
most
Israeli
cafés,
but
with
a
twist--excellent
homemade
breads,
flavorful
spreads
(sun
dried
tomato,
roasted
red
pepper,
chimichuri,
cream
cheese,
etc),
pumpkin
and
sunflower
seeds
on
the
side
salad.
We
loved
the
baba
ganoush.
And
the
baked
cheesecake
was
excellent.
The
scrambled
egg
was
dry
and
a
little
disappointing,
but
most
Israeli
cafés
don't
know
how
to
make
a
proper
scrambled
egg
and
usually
just
serve
you
what
looks
like
a
cut
up
omelette!
