My family of six and I were blown away at how perfect this boutique hotel was! Such a fabulous way to end our amazing holiday in Israel! We have been travelling throughout Israel for the past three weeks and had stayed in numerous hotels and airbnbs. The dizengoff garden was by far the best! 10 out of 10 for convenience of location, for cleanliness of the hotel, the luxuriousness of the rooms (the beds, the towels, even the ceramic regular sized coffee mugs and real wine glasses!), all the thoughtful details that you really appreciate after sipping out of small ceramic coffee cups to plastic drinking glasses!🤩 It is not a big place, but with the space they have, the owners maximized the hotel and did it up well! From the front reception staff to the cleaners, the amazing coffee, with the jar of biscottis, and to the beautiful decor!! They even offered my kids complimentary hot chocolate or juice! Such a warm welcome after a rough drop off from our city bus into Tel Aviv, being greeted by reluctant taxi drivers who were unwilling to drive at “normal” rates from the central bus station to our downtown hotel. The warm welcome from Karen and the lovely South African woman (sorry I forgot how to spell your name correctly) and to Ari when we left! 👌Top notch, Wonderful staff! We highly recommend this place if you plan to stay in Tel Aviv. The area is alive with trendy cafes and walking distance to the Dizengoff shopping Center and tons of great cafes, bakeries, shops, and restaurants! My wife and I cannot say enough good things about our stay here!! The staff bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and felt like home! They accommodated every request and went above and beyond our expectations! After our stay here, we went to a high end hotel in Netanya. This “High end hotel” couldn’t find our reservations, then proceeded to make us try to figure out why the confirmation number given wasn’t tied to a room. After this they charged us incorrectly and dragged it out and again looked to us to try to help them with a solution. Room was not stocked with the hair dryer, no free water/ice, sink was clogged, the list goes on. In conclusion; it’s not all about the size of the rooms and the views. A nice place to stay in a brilliant location right in the centre with lots in easy reach. The room was clean and tastefully done, with a nicely kitted out bathroom. I did however find the room incredibly noisy all night, every night of our stay (weekday), which was a shame, so I'd be more cautious with selecting my room choice next time. Would definitely come back, though.
