A 'Sambusak' specialists in the mountainous Hourfesh village. You can choose a Sambusak with various stuffings. I ate the lamb-cheese (17 NIS) which was very delicious.

Amazing Sambusak, nothing the nonesence you get in the Center of IL. we've tasted 3 different fillings and all were good. especially the Burgul with labane and nuts, which made me want to go back and grab 3 more. The price is very affordable as well and the service is pleasent and fairly quick (the bake it by he order)
