غابة طبيعية مطلة هلي منظر جميل للنيل الأبيض واجمل ا وقتها عند الغروب

Natural forest at eastern bank of the white Nile at Khartoum. Habitat of different types of species, a seasonally destination of many kinds of birds migrate from Europe an Asia. An open atmosphere for Khartoum citizens when weather is hot " over 45 😉"

We were robbed at knife point about 4 hours ago by two young guys. They were probably in their twenties. It was still day light. Please be careful if you go because it’s not that busy so perfect place to rob tourists. We contacted the police and they told us it is not a safe place to go. Honestly, it’s not worth the trauma. They took all our money and 1 phone. Luckily the other one was at the hotel so we can still communicate with friends and family. My daughter was terrified and is still pretty shaken up. Really surprised because the Sudanese people have been so generous and open hearted during our trip. This is the only major negative experience we’ve had.

تقع غابة السُنط على الضفة الشرقية للنيل الأبيض على بعد دقائق من مقرن النيلين ، تُعد الغابة من أكبر و أعرق المحميات الطبيعية داخل الخرطوم فهي مأوى للطيور النادرة المستوطنة و المهاجرة كالإوز و السمبر و النورس البحري و العصافير و أيضاً بعض الحيوانات البرية ، و تتكون معظم أشجار الغابة من السنط الذي يتميز بمقاومته العالية لمياه الفيضانات، يقصدها سكان الخرطوم في العطلات للتنزه و الإستمتاع برحلات أشبه بالتخييم حيث جلسات الأنس و الطهي بين الأشجار الوارفة و الإعتماد على مياه النيل في الشرب و الإستخدام و إنشغال البعض بجمع الصدف أو مراقبة الطيور و اللعب مع القرود ، و يحب بعض الزوار ركوب القوارب في رحلة نيلية جميلة إلى الجزيرة الصغيرة الموجودة قُبالة الغابة وسط النيل.
