Starting for welcoming at the main gate, then Introducing payment methods and finally taking you to your preferable table. Amazing outdoor space + kids playing area. Food took neutral amount of time comparing to the fullness of the restaurant at that time. Let's talk about food 😋 : so yummy.. Cooked very well and not over.. Not less. Mix grill is highly recommended.. Cordon bleu is omg 😋😋 Margareta pizza is decent but I could expect a better taste.

Well designed place, with cozy atmosphere, specially evening time. Areas for kids to play. Didn’t like the food so much. Drinks are ok 👍 Staff are friendly Prices reasonable. Recommended for families and friends meetings.

It's a new place with a beautiful design it's have a nice vibe, quality of the people there it's nice, I have tried when item in the menu I give it four stars but the problem is that service and the employee reception is not meeting the expectation of a new nice place. It needs more improvement. It's nice for family gatherings. It's open after afternoon only.

The place is beautiful with both in and outdoor sitting, but the attitude of their reception employees is not good at all. The food was good, expensive ofcourse and the fact that they have an expensive minimum charge isn't nice as well.

Attended with a friend love the place despite the crowd mess, Turkish coffee was an excellent choice . Ladies and guys doing their best to be there for every one appreciated u . Delay is forgivable .

Nicest Restaurant Within Ryad Area of Khartoum, The environment is very relaxing. It has good shade and air cooling system to make the visitor comfortable from heat.

I ordered the tomato soup “delicious” 100% recommend, I also ordered the chicken piccata was bland, and the overall aesthetic is lovely. However, the service is very slow and the food runner is rude. I forgot to take pictures of the food. If it wasn’t for the bad customer service this place would be a five star place

One of the best restaurants in Khartoum. Amazing food, very friendly and professional waiters, indoor and outdoor settings. But not a fan of their desserts quality.

I went there at night and it was busy, I had to wait for 20 minutes to get a table, so it’s better to reserve before going. The Alfredo pasta was not good, not seasoned well, but the Greek salad was my favorite, fresh and good presentation.

Service was pretty bad and they were like full on cleaning the table while we were still sitting which was pretty uncomfortable. Food was very mediocre.

Terrible service! It took an hour to get out pancakes was cold missing icecream and with eggshells on it. They then got us the icecream witch was also very terrible. Absolutely never coming again. If you’re looking for good food + good service go to Ozone. Ritz is such a waste!
