visited
the
children's
department.
Disgusting
work
of
the
administrator.
We
made
an
appointment
the
day
before
at
4
pm
for
an
appointment
the
next
day
at
9.
We
arrive
at
9
(I
admit,
we
were
5
minutes
late
because
we
couldn’t
park,
but
that’s
a
different
story)
the
administrator
begins
to
convince
me
(not
calmly,
but
with
a
claim)
that
I
made
an
appointment
at
9
the
previous
day.
In
response
to
my
argument
that
I
could
not
make
an
appointment
earlier
than
when
I
made
the
first
call
to
the
reception,
she
silently
began
to
find
out
something.
It
turned
out
that
there
was
a
failure
in
the
system
and
the
doctor
would
have
to
wait
until
10
(an
hour
of
waiting
with
a
hungry
and,
therefore,
capricious
child
is
quite
an
adventure,
but
I
won’t
say
anything
about
changing
plans).
But
well,
anything
can
happen,
but
the
administrator
didn’t
even
apologize,
and
I
haven’t
seen
such
a
dismissive
tone
and
manner
of
communication
for
20
years,
even
in
government
institutions
where
administrators
behave
much
more
affably
even
in
critical
situations.
Two
"stars"
only
for
the
work
of
the
doctor
who,
unlike
the
administrator,
apologized
and
did
her
job
well.
The
administrator
is
the
“face”
of
the
institution,
no
one
expects
smiles
and
curtsies,
but
to
behave
correctly
is,
I
think,
a
completely
reasonable
requirement
for
the
“face”
of
the
children’s
department
of
a
private
clinic.
