    I arrived with children aged 3 and 6 years before closing, in a rude manner and literally waving their arms, they sent me to hell. When I walked in, no one said hello or asked what the children were doing, maybe they needed to see something urgently. They asked rudely: Are you by appointment? I say "No. They tell me: actually, we have an appointment. I understand that they didn’t expect me there, I understand that the doctors have their own schedule. But this is a CHILDREN'S PAID CLINIC! And you work with children. At least ask what happened to the child. But this is my first and last visit.

    Some kind of disregard for patients. I sat for 50 minutes outside the doctor's office to find out that the therapist would not see me. The clinic doesn't seem to be cheap. Where does this disregard for patients come from?

    Today, June 16th, I was booked for the third session of hirudotherapy. On June 15th, I waited the whole day, until 21:00, for a call to confirm my visit to Elena Markovna. I DIDN'T WAIT. In the morning I called the reception and found out that the doctor was ill until the end of the month and there was no replacement for her. And my phone, it turns out, was unreachable yesterday. The question is, why lie? NOT SOLID. Feverish adjustments to plans did not work. I used to have a good opinion about the center.

    I signed up for a clinic to get vaccinated. Pleasant operators advised me at what convenient time to see a therapist for consultation and then the vaccination procedure itself. The appointment was made at 8:30, I arrived at the clinic at 8:15. From the corner where there is a large sign, it is not clear how to find the entrance to the hospital. The therapist was late and accepted the first patient on the list. I waited for my turn for more than 40 minutes, and the woman came after me. They said wait your turn. You're signing up in the morning, to be on time for work, and here is this behavior.

    I have been examining here for a long time, because I am most satisfied with the work of one specialist. This time, my return visit to the doctor depended solely on the analysis, which was not processed in time in the laboratory. I go to the doctor and the analysis is not ready, I can’t get a consultation, my time is wasted. The problem, actually, is different. Nobody informed me about this. The doctor did not know about the delays in the laboratory (the time frame was always less than a week), and I, having repeatedly taken tests at the center, had never encountered such a situation. I believe that in this case, the patient should have been informed. As a result, 3 hours of the weekend were wasted just on the road. There are no questions for the doctor, since this is the direct competence of the people sitting at the reception. Is someone conducting a dialogue with the laboratory?

    I don’t know how other departments work, but I liked the dental complex. There are downsides. A large number of papers to fill out yourself, a not very comfortable chair (personally, I sat in it for 2 hours) is generally fine, there are more comfortable chairs. The administration needs to do something about filling out the papers! Pros: Adequate prices for treatment, prosthetics (I'm talking about Moscow!) Good knowledgeable staff. I had problems paying by card, they resolved it simply and quickly, they allowed me to pay the next day! Special thanks to dentist Alexandra! For the job, without any marks on the pins, etc.

    The clinic, whether for children or for adults, is absolutely not interested in its patients! At the reception, the administrators are always dissatisfied with life, rude, always talking to each other about their personal lives without hearing that a patient is contacting them. Not all doctors are adequate, depending on who you see .The pediatrician prescribes antibiotics, no need, without seeing the tests, without conducting a full examination, without even looking into the nose, ears and mouth. But at the same time, in the printout of the examination everything is written, as if the doctor did all this. For some reason, contrary to the words of the mother about that that the child feels as usual, active and has a normal appetite, the doctor writes that the child is lethargic, capricious and his condition is moderate. And for all this obscurantism you will give your money. The feeling that you are not in a paid clinic, but in a state clinic . To be specific, we are talking about pediatrician Skorokhod Dina Vladimirovna. Never set foot in front of this doctor again.

    I visited the children's department. Disgusting work of the administrator. We made an appointment the day before at 4 pm for an appointment the next day at 9. We arrive at 9 (I admit, we were 5 minutes late because we couldn’t park, but that’s a different story) the administrator begins to convince me (not calmly, but with a claim) that I made an appointment at 9 the previous day. In response to my argument that I could not make an appointment earlier than when I made the first call to the reception, she silently began to find out something. It turned out that there was a failure in the system and the doctor would have to wait until 10 (an hour of waiting with a hungry and, therefore, capricious child is quite an adventure, but I won’t say anything about changing plans). But well, anything can happen, but the administrator didn’t even apologize, and I haven’t seen such a dismissive tone and manner of communication for 20 years, even in government institutions where administrators behave much more affably even in critical situations. Two "stars" only for the work of the doctor who, unlike the administrator, apologized and did her job well. The administrator is the “face” of the institution, no one expects smiles and curtsies, but to behave correctly is, I think, a completely reasonable requirement for the “face” of the children’s department of a private clinic.

    We made an appointment with the child Timur Irtuganov at 11:30 for an X-ray of the hip joints with Guzeva. We were referred by a neurologist. But I didn’t have the directions with me. Since I am a legal representative, and not a single paid clinic has ever refused us a service. What really surprised me about this clinic. Disgusting work of the administrator in the children's department. In response to our indignation, she said that we could go to the doctor and talk to her! Is this a market?!!! Silently gave me my passport! And goodbye. When the administrator called the doctor and said that we did not have a referral, the doctor was so loudly indignant on the phone that we were late that even my husband and I heard it. Although we arrived at 11:35. Since the navigation could not find the geolocation point. We circled for about 15 minutes along the Pavshinskaya floodplain. No one warned us that we needed to order a pass at the entrance. Also wasted time. We told the administrators more than once that it was the first time! While the administrator from the children's department called and found out whether they would accept us, another 5 minutes passed. We were traveling with a two-year-old child from Krasnogorsk. It’s a pity for the lost time and ruined mood. On the way back we stopped at Medsi and had no problems doing an X-ray of the hip joints; they didn’t do the lumbar region, explaining that several pictures at once are harmful. They rescheduled us for another day. They gave the doctor's comments on the pictures for free. Pleasant attitude and approach to patients. Previously, before going to the Nebolit clinic, we wanted to conclude a contract with the clinic. And she asked to find out if it was possible to conclude agreements with legal entities. But no one called back. I definitely do not recommend Nebolit Clinic.

    I came to the therapist with complaints of constant pressure surges. The fact is that before the Nebolit clinic, I visited different clinics, where I was immediately diagnosed with hypertension and prescribed medications for blood pressure. At first it helped, but then the symptoms returned again. When I came to this clinic, the doctor prescribed me a clinical blood test, a blood test for hormones, biochemistry, and an ECG. It turned out that my TSH was low and my cardiogram was not very good. I also had an ultrasound of the thyroid gland and heart. And with all these examinations, the therapist referred me to an endocrinologist and cardiologist. The endocrinologist diagnosed hyperthyroidism. He prescribed hormonal treatment. During treatment, I felt an improvement in my general condition, normalization of blood pressure and pulse. In the end, the problem was resolved, it’s good that I came here.

    The clinic recommended me a good neurologist. I contacted Natalya Viktorovna with my migraine. Previously, they simply prescribed me pills and told me “everything will pass.” Here, on the contrary, the doctor examined me carefully, prescribed various tests, and I also underwent a computed tomography scan. And after all, she prescribed really good treatment. Now my headaches bother me much less and I feel much better. I express my deep gratitude to you.))
