The administrator is the “face” of the institution, no one expects smiles and curtsies, but to behave correctly is, I think, a completely reasonable requirement for the “face” of the children’s department of a private clinic.

Previously, before going to the Nebolit clinic, we wanted to conclude a contract with the clinic. And she asked to find out if it was possible to conclude agreements with legal entities. But no one called back. I definitely do not recommend Nebolit Clinic.
