One of the staff members was exceptionally unprofessional and disrespectful. My brother and his finance were shopping for their wedding bands. As working professionals in their 30’s who do not have that much free time, they were determined to purchase the rings on that day. The associate who was assigned to them was constantly checking his phone while my brother and his finance were looking at the rings. They felt like they didn’t get the experience they deserved. In addition, the associate also didn’t pay attention to the questions being asked. My brother and my soon-to-be sister-in-law decided to walk away. Luckily, there were several other luxury brands at ICONSIAM. They ended up getting the bands on that day. I urge the management team to investigate this matter to prevent such horrible experiences to future customers. Note 1: This incident happened on July 9th, 2022 around 6 PM. Note 2: This matter could be even worse if the person deliberately chose to neglect my brother and his finance because of how they look. They were wearing t-shirts and crocs. As working professionals who have to dress nicely pretty much everyday, they deserve to wear comfortable outfits without being treated poorly.

Disrespectful staff .. never see like this treatment in Cartier boutique around the world .. staff must attend training session to learn how to serve a client

Very unprofissional staff 😳plus they took so looooong to finish the payment. 👎🏼 They dont allow wifi/apple payment in this branch My card worked everywhere including their other branches except in this branch it didn’t work 🤷🏻‍♀️ The worker kept insisting that it’s our card’s problem or our bank which was rude we had to pay online at the end with the same card and it worked 🤷🏻‍♀️ The staff are unprofissional and they cant solve anything neither find solutions .. you have to tell them what to do 👎🏼 خدمة سيئة وحرفيًا يمكن قعدنا ساعه عشان بس ندفع شريت من فرع ثاني لكارتير وبنفس البطاقة وضبطت ولما جيت عند هالفرع ما ضبط والموظف كان بطريقة مستفزة مصّر ان العطل من بطاقتي أو من البنك حقي 👎🏼 قلت له طيب أدفع بالواي فاي / أبل بي قال ما عندنا !! 😳 طيب فروعكم الثانيه فيها ليه انتو لا!؟ المهم انهم فاشلين في إيجاد الحلول احنا من نفسنا نعطي حلول وقلنا طيب ندفع اونلاين؟ وبالنهايه نفسسسسس البطاقه ضبطت اونلاين🤣

Unfriendly staff, went in to view some items but were given a bad attitude like we couldn’t afford it. Will definitely not purchase from this outlet

Really nice time in the boutique! I love shopping in Thailand, the service is always at top level. Especially at Cartier! I love my new ring. See you next year maybe!

So stupid They make you wait outside the store on a bench instead of letting you in to look at their jewelry until they can call your name for service & sales

I met a female staff who only told me the price of the watch. Not good info, not service minded. Another day I met a man who was very service mined and professional.

Yesterday, we had a wonderful experience purchasing a Cartier ring at Iconsiam. The staff there were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They provided excellent service without making us feel judged or unwelcome, which was a contrast to our experience at Cartier Siam Paragon. We truly appreciate the exceptional service at Iconsiam.

I lost the chance to get my crash ring today because of a sales associate who didn’t know how to care about customers. I was disappointed with his behavior which was not professional. We requested a processing of the tax return then a small mistake happened. He said “You didn’t say it” instead of apologizing. We noticed He also laughed with his Co-worker during his service. I can't believe it. Is this Cartier? Never go to this store.

Visited from UK (and wearing my Cartier watch) but they refused to let me in without appointment..... shop was empty.. Strange attitude here.. Will buy at home..

I visited the boutique at ICONSIAM last weekend, considering which models should I get for my coming birthday. Khun Am offered me to try and gave useful advices with amazing attitude, impressed me so much. I will definitely go back to her and get the piece for my birthday.

Went to clean up my 2 rings but came out more uglier….

Great experience in the boutique. Nice staff with great recommendation. My fiancee and I just love the LOVE rings that we bought.
