I used to stay here many times. Good location, room clean, feel safe. So i don't hesitate to booked again. But this time, i booked pass agoda (the price not cheaper). and i have one special request. i don't need the room that have connecting door although it doesn't work. because it make me nightmare. and when i got the key, i found that i got that room. i'm immediately call to reception for change the room. But I was refused even though I had booked in advance. And there's no other choice for me. This time was disappointed. and thought there would be no next time. Hotel are places to relax and if I'm not feeling relaxed. What am I going to spend in a hotel for?

Nice hotel, super cheap and was perfect for the food tours that set off from the 7/11 around the corner for the floating market. Room was great and shower had great pressure. We even got a birthday cake delivered to reception and they kept it for us. Brilliant spot, will be back!

Very nice hotel for a great price! It’s new and clean. It’s tucked away in a quiet location but close enough to walk to things. There is also easy sky train access. The staff is also very friendly and they were kind enough to set up an airport taxi for us. I recommend staying here!

A good stay for a good price. It is close to the Krung Thon Buri BTS station (a 3-minute walk), and there are two 7-Eleven stores nearby. In a loud city like Bangkok, having a quiet place like this to stay in is a boon. Staff were nice as well.

Just a simple room with standard facilities. Comfortable and near the BTS Krungthon Buri. The price on weekdays and weekend will different. If you're looking for a place just to have rest, this hotel might suit for you. *They don't have parking lot, so if you bring vehicle you can park at parking lot near BTS Krungthon Buri and walk from there

This was a very convenient hotel, close to BTS station, bus lines and even the river ferry. Its also very walkable with IconSiam mall close by and other restaurants and shops. The service was friendly and attentive, the room was small but very clean and had a mini fridge, toiletries.. there is also a laundry to use for a small fee and a nice communal area on the roof and in the lobby.

I could hear whenever people walked in the hallway, opened and closed doors, next room talking, next room flushing toilet and some generator type of sound. Worst soundproof and I had sleepless night

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. I lived in 3 different room Recommend live in floor 3-4 ( ask for open window room ) coz one side all rooms has close doors of balcony and windows ) if you live in 6 (noise comes from water machine) Wi-Fi works 6/10 Close to Iconsiam mall BTS -gold way 10-15 min BTS green line in 15-20 minutes by walking also from Iconsiam easy to catch ferry to Watt Arun

Hotel is tucked back in an alley. There is limited parking available. Although it's close to a main street I did not hear much road noise. Reception was fast and friendly. I stayed in a standard double room (216). Room a fairy large and the bathroom was standard Bangkok size. Bed was firm and although it was bigger sized I believe it was 2 twins pushed together. Room had a nice seating area next to the window. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. It's about a 5 minutes walk to the closest BTS station on the dark green line. There are lots of street food option within a couple of minutes walk. Icon Siam is a 10 minutes walk.

A lovely hotel in a quiet part of town close to Iconsiam. Staff are friendly, rooms clean and spacious. The nearby street food is also really good. Walking distance to the BTS.

The hotel was good but it was in a narrow street, so first time visitors will have a little safety issue. But I didn't face any problem

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Would recommend a room far from the elevators, because they are quite noisy.

Clean, quiet and a 5 minute walk from BTS station Krung Thonburi. A few noodle stalls around the corner. So is 7-11. We stayed in room 316, which has windows. 23$ for one night. We would have stayed longer but it was fully booked. Very friendly and helpful receptionist, who let us check in as soon as the room was ready, almost an hour early.

Amazing stay, good location, Helpful staff. They kept my luggage safe in the lobby storage even after my checkout because I needed to roam around the city.

Very affordable and clean. Location is abit secluded but very close to BTS and can be mitigated by taking grab. 7 min walk to ICONSIAM and multiple delicious restaurants. The only downside is lack of facilities for family travellers. Suit backpackers and solo travellers a lot more.

Nice, clean hotel with 2 7-eleven at the same street and BTS skytrain nearby. Location could be better though, not that much to do nearby.

Very clean and nice rooms. Most rooms have separate single beds, so if you visit with your friends, it's easy to manage. If you are with your family, make sure you book well in advance to get room with double bed as those are few in number and sell out fast. Bathrooms are also very clean with hot water. You get 2 bottles of water per day for double bed rooms and free toiletries. Make sure you do not ask to change bed linens or towels earlier than 3 days else you will be charged. Also if you stain any of those, you will be charged again. Believe me, either of these are expensive than room charge. The room where I stayed, the bathroom had slow water draining, so if you shower for long, you might be standing with your feet submerged in soap water. Hope hotel management takes care of it.

Overall is good, clean room and perfect location but no car park. However, Reception should be service minded and give better advise.

During our time in Bangkok we very much enjoyed staying at Aim House! The hotel was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal as well.
