Stayed a few days to catch up with old friends and the location was perfect for me. The rooms were nice but not amazing, water leaked out my shower, large comfortable bed. Staff were mostly very nice. Buffet breakfast was very good. RRB steakhouse was just so so, my steak was too thin to be able to cook perfectly, the creamed spinach was easily beaten by the same dish at a German bar around the corner, the only real highlight was the view as the sun set. I do recommend but would choose somewhere else next time.

Great reception. The check in was quick and professional. The rooms are nice but need modernization here and there. The bathroom with bathtub, shower and two sinks were great. The view was really magnificent. The location of the hotel is perfect. Quick connection to BTS station Asok. The Terminal 21 mall is within walking distance. The hotel staff is really nice, everyone is Greeting and is helpful. Excellent service! We would definitely recommend the hotel.

It's a good 5 star hotel and everything you expect for the price. Found a note saying that they give you 2 bottles of water a day. If you want more call and they will charge you.think this is penny pinching and not witnessed this in the local competition

Best thing I have been traveling in Thailand is this hotel. Nice, clean and decent room. The staffs here are friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't like is the food I ordered tasted not genuine and kinda expensive.

Has a Michelin star restaurant. RR and B. Wow factor. The steak and prawn were awesome. Food sensational and so tasty. Staff so beautiful and so very quick. The view from the restaurant up top overlooking Bangkok at night was spectacular. A must eat at place. Highly recommended when in Bangkok. Thank you guys. Well done.

Very nice hotel ideally located on Sukhumvit road near Nana metro station. Although it's a luxurious establishment, there are affordable promotions available online. The lobby and other common areas are nicely decorated with an British touch. Staff are friendly and professional. Rooms offer stunning views over Bangkok skyline. The rooftop is big enough to host several hundred guests although it was closed when I was there. The pool is big and deep and has a nice hot jacuzzi.

Located near famous and infamous area of Bangkok one of the best hotel. Service is excellent and food is great. Rooms are clean and cosy. We got a corner room which had a nice view and I loved the view from the top floor lounge.

Dinner buffet here is a good selection. You can enjoy eating grilled river prawn and also other seafood. The restaurant is located at the lobby area. The parking are a lot and available at the back of its hotel.

Thank you and all your staff for a wonderful stay at Landmark Bangkok. I was there for 9 weeks and everything was exceptional from start to finish. Every single member of staff including yourself made me feel warm and welcome. I love how I was treated every single day. Roj (concierge) I’ve known for many years as brilliant as ever, Breakfast chef and all breakfast staff who really work hard made every morning quite special. Always lovely to return to a well cared for room each evening with plenty of amenities too! Amazing stay!!

Still a nice hotel my room was showing its age a bit, Smallish but enough for me travelling alone. Very nice restaurants and bar. Easy check in and out very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast

Not the same since COVID. The brilliant sports bar, The Huntsman Pub, has been closed permanently and gone with it the great Filipino live band. RIP. Service at the Greenhouse Cafe is slow and insufficiently staffed.

Make sure to get a room on floor 27 up they are more beautiful. This hotel is legendary in the area . unfortunately they got rid of one of the most nostalgic and famous old pubs in Bangkok The Huntsman pub will be sorely missed by thousands of regular guests

I love staying at this hotel, and spend 1-3 nights here every time I visit Bangkok. The rooms are nicely appointed and quiet, views are great, beds very comfortable, housekeeping and service great, and the Atrium restaurant buffet is one meal you do not want to miss. A very short walk to the Nana station, and you are able to get most anywhere in Bangkok without car or taxi. A walk down Sukhumvit road takes you to several malls, many restaurants, and many tailors (check out Rajawongse Clothiers, I believe the best of the best bespoke suit and shirt makers; just a few doors down). I haven’t stayed at the Marriott, etc., or the Conrad hotels, though rates are comparable, as I have always been more than satisfied with the Landmark Hotel. They serve a great breakfast, too.

The hotel is good and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms Barry on which one you get, some are older some are newer. The access to the gym is fantastic (access to a large gym). Closer to the entrance to the motorway when going towards nord of BKK. Only drawbacks are the noisy road and the pool is small.

Outstanding hotel . I stayed here over 6 years ago with mixed feelings. Just stayed again . Welcoming and helpful staff , nothing was too much trouble ( apart from the pool bar young guy who wasn’t very attentive) Great room , good facilities. The late checkout request was welcomed and appreciated

without a doubt one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in in my life, I don't even have an explanation of the reception and receptiveness of all the people who served me at the hotel. the breakfast is fabulous. from 0 to 10 if I had to give a grade it would be 10 out of 10

Hotel is going through a major overhaul. My room looks like it’s already done. Excellent location, very clean, very quiet which for me personally is very important. I stayed in other 5 stars hotels and you hear your neighbors talking or the doors every time they come in or leave. Not impressed by the breakfast buffet. Maybe I got spoiled with the amazing buffets in Turkey, the best in the world by far. Every thing else perfect. Highly recommend

4 stars for meeting expectations. I did not have chance to use the facilities. The rooms are well-managed, clean well and have no complains about the room. The staff are friendly. It was a good stay. :)

Overall experience was spot on, sort of service you expect from 5 stars. Room and facilities are a bit dated though. It has the glory from the past vibe with huge lobby entrance but lacking the chic and stylish touch once you go pass the lobby.

Incredibly cool hotel. The staff were amazing, the breakfast to die for and the pool area was so relaxing and very clean. Surreal to be surrounded by high rise buildings and still getting the feeling of serenity. I'll be back.

Excellent hotel located very close to Nana and Asok areas. The room was spacious and artfully decorated. Special thanks to Fye at the Club lounge for her graciousness and warm welcome. Only suggestion I have is to improve the food offering (variety) at the Club lounge. Otherwise it was an excellent stay.

After being vegetarian during the three months Buddhist lent; Sui Siam Chinese restaurant @ the Landmark Bangkok has fulfilled my needs of Dim Sum. I chose buffet @ 880฿ net which soup, fried rice, and dessert included. If you are dim sum lover, don”t ignore pork Shumai, steamed Chinese cabbage wrapped with shrimp, deep fried mashed taro stuffed with barbecued pork, or shrimp balls with Chinese lettuce. Actually, do try all on the menu if you are in the”buffet” mode!!!😜

Newly renovated. Much better lobby. Great on duty staff during COVID. Corporate sales could be better.

Great place to hang out. They have a patio just above the sidewalk of Bangkok's major St named Sukhumvit.

To Google: if this review is flagged, I can provide photos of receipts and dirty room. Avoid this hotel for Asq. The room has dirty curtains and crumbly walls with dry wall dusts. As windows can't be opened, you are breathing in dust during your stay. Meals are ok but breakfast is same for everyday. Farewell dinner was paella and microwave frozen paella would have tasted better. I can't believe this hotel is 5 star.

From the time of my airport p/u to the last day of my 14 day quarantine stay, the hotel staff were friendly, courteous and efficient; quickly acting on my needs and requests Efficient communications using either Whatsapp or Line (your choice) to communicate with hotel or BNH hospital staff; this will be set up with the hotel staff upon your arrival. With a 14 day quarantine and not being allowed out of your room; I would highly recommend spending a little extra and get the corner room, it’s well worth it for the extra space & your mental well being; the layout is similar to a one bedroom, believe me, the extra space will be appreciated over the 14 days in confinement. Room was clean and well furnished; windows on 2 sides of the room brightens up what could be depressing quarantine confinement; 2 separate large screen Samsung TVs, 1 facing the bed and the other 1 facing the “living room” sofa. Nice large work desk/table to place your laptop on. Room comes with a nice large walk-in shower and a separate bathtub for those who are still into baths. I really can’t imagine spending 14 days quarantined in a normal size square hotel room with a bed taking up half the space. They have a 7 day rotating western/asian breakfast/lunch/dinner menu in addition to a separate Japanese & vegetarian menu, mix & match your meals for variety. Full meals with appetizer/salads, main entrees, desserts & drinks is more than enough to satisfy your appetite. I requested a microwave in my room to reheat any cold leftovers which they gladly accommodated. It’s the small personal touches that make the difference, sufficient toiletries & towels to last the 2 weeks, unlimited water, refrigerator stocked with soda/juices and snacks (chips, nuts, etc) were provided with the room. Only negative is that you are not allowed out of your room for the entire 14 days quarantine, this is the government mandate and out of the hotel control. Besides the initial Covid test on first day or arrival, you will need to take 2 additional tests during the stay which were the only times I was allowed out of my room. On my last night, the hotel chefs provided a special farewell dinner (choice of entrees) I was not looking forward to a 14 day quarantine confined to a room, however If I have to do another quarantine, I’d use the Landmark Hotel again

Breakfast was amazing. Hands down the best, most memorable thing about my visit. It’s the kind that you order items and the stuffs then serve that to you (still buffet, all you can eat though). Literally everything taste great. Hotel facility itself was fine. Their croissants were still nice and warm and feel fresh. Their Thai-style boiled rice with pork/pawn were amazing. Other than that, the room is pretty small but that’s normal with most hotel right in the Bangkok City. The stuffs were nice. Dinner buffet was also great but with a matching price tag.

I visited here once years ago for IELTS exam. I found that staffs here are so nice and helpful as well as security guards. The place decorated so nicely and the hotel also looks elegant from the outside. I, so far, appreciate the place and service even if I did not stay overnight here.

Good location, exceptional staff and service. Our room was a little tired, and tv kept turning on in middle of the night on its own, thus the reason for four instead of five stars

One night stay over with pcr package. Picked up at airport by limo and taken for test at local hospital. All went well at drive thru test centre. Taken back to hotel who were nothing short of excellent. Staff were friendly but very helpful and professional. Lovely room overlooking city on 17th floor. Test results came through about 20mins after ordering room service. Typical but a little eyebrow raising. Lovely comfort and would definitely recommend.

The hotel itself including the staff is impeccable and definitely recommendable. Short praise also to the 24h room service, which brought us an appetizing pizza in the middle of the night. However, I cannot recommend the "Test&Go" option of the hotel. My wife and I have been waiting for the test for over 22 hours, although people who were tested at the same time (same test station) have already received their test results. The hotel is only partly responsible for this, but since it is part of the service offered, I will also rate it.

Visited Thailand and stayed here in 2014 but just writing a review now. Me and my family were there for a vacation. Since I'd stayed here before on work trips, I chose this hotel again. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is excellent. That said, I had a horrible experience. One evening I slipped by the pool and dislocated my shoulder. It was an accident and nobody was at fault here. Since it's a medical emergency, we all rushed to the reception to seek help. Surprisingly the hotel did not have a doctor or a medical technician on call. The hotel staff were clueless on how to handle a medical emergency, so I asked them to take me to a hospital asap. The hotel didn't have any car available because they didn't own a car. They depended completely on outside taxis. Anyway the guards were very helpful and hailed a taxi from the street, all this while I was standing in wet swimming trunks with a towel wrapped around my shoulders. The hotel didn't even have the courtesy to send someone to accompany me to the hospital. After spending a night at bumrungrad hospital we came back the next day and I decided to move out and change hotels. Before checking out I had a word with the GM who was some European guy, maybe German. He was completely aloof and non attentive, which reaffirmed my decision to move to another place. Tho I have to say they did give me a little packet of cookies by way of apology, Sheesh how pathetic can you get. Anyway all in all the stay was great till this incident happened and then it just ruined everything. Needless to say I've never stayed at the landmark after that.
