Overall is great if you like a nice lively/ busy hotel. I actually like this place more than other Marriott hotels in Bangkok because how lively breakfast is (many varieties of food, freshly cooked, busy kitchen vibes). Rooftop is nice and cute Downside: too busy if you want a nice quiet hotel, AC didn’t work, we had to wait for 30 minutes for things to be fixed which was a waste of time for us.

Reservations required at the pool, with only 3 people at a time. The pool is outdoors with plenty of space so why only 3 people? Bar as well, could not get a booking despite staying at the hotel. Re room - strange artwork, dirty windows (from inside and the outside), view of construction site, instant coffee and cheap teabags, no minibar. Overall disappointing for the price. Carlton next door was cheaper, with crystal clean windows, better view and nicer pool.

This is the nicest Marriott hotel I’ve stayed in - definitely a 5 star experience all around! Can’t say enough positive feedback about the staff and facilities here! Everything from the rooms to the fitness & pool facilities to the executive lounge were amazing. The rooms were extremely clean and the beds were great. It was helpful to have truly soundproof windows when staying in the heart of Bangkok - this is key if you want a great sleep ;). The other noteworthy aspect was the restaurant; they have the most variety of ANY hotel buffet I’ve ever stayed at, and the quality was 5/5 in my books. I cannot wait to come back and stay here when I return to Bangkok!!

Such a huge hotel. Large lobby area. Spacious room. Sadly our room facing an ongoing Ikea construction. Great pool. Nice view rooftop. Easy access to many shops nearby especially massage parlors. Helpful staff. Cafe was great.

Clean and hygiene accommodation. I got an upgrade as complement which is living in park view. Additional complement such as Thai tea cookie was also a surprise. Gym is good for running on treadmill. M club lounge make me love this place. Serving delicious supper and good wine. Mojito is also very nice.

Good experience to stay here, even there are many restrictions because of COVID-19. But all staffs and facilities are always fabulous to serve with care. Swimming pool is allowed 3 persons only per time, but good to children to play in private. Food and drink at Goji is always my best breakfast time.

Stayed here 14 days. The staff was very helpful but there was a lot of errors during my stay. But the staff always were helpful to fix it so it is alright. However it did take some of my time and would been better without that. Amazing breakfast with nice outside place. Super comfortable beds and thick walls so you don’t hear your neighbours. I really did appreciate the gym and the sauna that was available at the hotel aswell. I would probably come back cause the location was very central to the heart of the booming Bkk.

We were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed this hotel. Positives: The housekeeping was absolutely outstanding, one of the best housekeeping experiences I have had. At least twice a day, exactly at the time I had requested, and the room was perfect each time. I met Nice, the housekeeper on our floor, only once, she she deserves great commendation along with the rest of her team! The M Club was very nice, although the options were limited (two entrees per night, one or both with pork always along with salad, bread, fruit) the quality was high, the service good, and cocktails can be requested which is an upgrade from other clubs. Breakfast was fantastic, the concierge team was knowledgeable and helpful, especially Arm, and the lobby was sparkling. Negatives: The pool wasn't so nice and the need to reserve it made it difficult to use. If the restaurants are busy why do this with the pool? And along with this no other hotel in Bangkok we have stayed at required this. The toilet on the southside of the ground floor badly needs refurbishment -- the rest of the hotel is beautiful.

An extremely good hotel. We chose to stay here on our last night in Thailand - and it was an excellent way to conclude our holiday in Thailand. The standard of service was excellent. Staff always friendly. Our shower flooded the bathroom floor on the first night, and staff had us move within 30 minutes to another room. The rooms were clean. The bedding was clean and comfortable. A good view from both of the rooms. Air conditioning was excellent. The hotel is located in a handy location - plenty of quality stores and shopping centres nearby. The breakfast buffet selection is massive. Food from all over the world is available at the buffet - including Indian breakfasts. Check out time is handy too - midday.

Such a nice hotel, very stylish. Lovely foyer area but the queue for check in was quite long. We had a club lounge room and the view of Bangkok was amazing. The food and drink options for the evening lounge experience were really good, the only downside would be the cocktails were quite watery, but the Prosecco more than made up for it! Staff were very friendly and the service was great. The breakfast was genuinely one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Unbelievable amount of options and so delicious!!! All in all a really enjoyable stay here and would highly recommend.

Definitely NOT the same Marriott in the US or Canada. Their service was extremely poor and the room was not very clean. They somehow gave me a room that already had guests in it. That's completely insecure, I don't even feel safe living there. They then asked me to wait while they investigate and it took them half hour before getting back. I had to ask them to give me a new room and the whole incident wasted 1 hour of my time. It was 9 PM and I haven't had dinner so I was starving. NO compensation given! Bathroom was moldy, see attached pictures. They put the drinking bottled water in the bathroom. WHY???

Nice food and service. Staffs are nice. Spacious room, some items like shower hanger is a bit old (always falling down) & always a really loud noise when closing the shower glass door. A/C in the bedroom is way too cold though you turn it to 30 degree Celsius and low fan mode - need to turn off instead. I always love the tuna pizza from Akira Black, even you bring it for in room dining still taste good.

Marriott is undoubtedly one of the best Hotels in the world. From my room, I can see the skyscrapers of Bangkok and that experience was mind blowing. The staff was supportive and courteous. When it comes to food, this Hotel’s chefs will blow your mind as they are the one of finest in the entire world. I visited this place in June-2018. Thought why not share it with world.

Very big hotel. Huge lobby. Rooms are comfortable. Asian standard. Comfortable beds. Pool is rather small and kids can be loud. Service at the Pool sometimes slow. Good gym. Breakfast gorgeous. Also the roof top bar is a place to hang out. Good drinks but mostly no seating space available. Nice view.

This hotel may be a bit old but the staff is incredibly attentive. You can tell that a lot of value is placed on friendliness and perfect service. Rarely experienced such fast and courteous staff. Basically, you don't have to worry about much, all wishes are implemented extremely quickly. The breakfast and the evening buffet are among the best that Bangkok has to offer. World class and varied. The staff in the Roof Top Bar, on the other hand, seems a bit annoyed.

After exactly one year, this was our second stay at this hotel. Overall, we can confirm the impressions from last year. Therefore, I would like to briefly reiterate the things that highlight the hotel positively and mention aspects that were not as favorable: The hotel is truly in a great location. Just a few weeks ago, another shopping mall (EmSpere) was opened right next to the hotel. Together with the existing malls (EMQuartier and Emporium), this hotel is the ideal starting point for extensive shopping tours. The BTS station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, with a free shuttle service offered. In the Benchasiri Park, also located right next to the hotel, one can relax and unwind. Exiting the hotel through a side entrance leads directly to the park. The breakfast is exceptional. It feels like being at an Asian food market or on a small world tour. There is everything, ranging from really good European bread and pastries to Indian and Asian specialties, and a variety of fruits and salads. Unfortunately, the ambiance in the restaurant cannot match this. It is always very loud and bustling. The Executive Lounge for status guests is very spacious (a second lounge is even opened during peak times). There are soft drinks and hot beverages available throughout the day. During the Happy Hour, an extensive buffet is offered. The staff in the lounge are always friendly and helpful. As are all the staff in the hotel, very friendly and guest-oriented. The rooms are quite nice but have aged a bit. A renovation will likely be necessary in the coming years. Unlike our visit a year ago, the hotel was almost fully booked this time. Accordingly, the "personal touch" that we enjoyed last year has somewhat diminished. Unfortunately, as Marriott Bonvoy Status members, we did not receive a real upgrade. Instead, we were gifted 2,000 points. While a nice gesture, it does not reflect the equivalent value of a missed upgrade (which, of course, is not guaranteed).

Very nice hotel to stay or visit for a work function. Good location if you want to get around the Sukhumvit area because you can walk or take a motorbike taxi because if you plan to drive you will spend the majority of your time stuck in traffic and not moving more than a few meters every few minutes. Back to the hotel, the lobby area is quite impressive. Very high ceilings with lots of light and windows. An expansive open area to walk through to get to your hotel room or conference room or restaurant or cafe. The service staff is friendly and attentive. The lunch was excellent and that is for every coarse that was served. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. It’s top notch.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, and overall, my experience was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel's ambiance, service, and amenities exceeded my expectations. However, I must note a minor inconvenience regarding the water temperature in both the sink and shower. Despite adjusting them to the hottest settings, the water felt more like room temperature than hot or warm. While this didn't significantly impact my stay, it's an aspect that could be improved for an even more comfortable experience. Nonetheless, I highly recommend the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park for its impeccable service and luxurious atmosphere.

Super large scale more than 1000+ rooms complex that frequently gets airline / cabin crew guests. Super busy but somehow the elevators are super slow so you end up waiting a lot. There is a club lounge for elite members to have breakfast and evening bites. The evening buffet spread is the stand out. It’s always good and dinner is provided. Even though it’s a super busy lobby and super busy hotel, there’s a sense of efficiency as well in check in and out

We unexpectedly found ourselves in Thailand and stayed here for two nights. We loved our room (suite) and the food. The location was safe and walkable but the main tourist attractions were not near. We did not mind taking a grab to the grand palace and night markets. The hotel staff was very accommodating and made great recommendations for our family. Kids liked the pool.

Visited for a friend's wedding and got 24-hour parking validation. They offer a Mercedes slow charger (3kW) for guests with two slots available for all car brands, which is free. The food was great, and the ballroom's terrace offered a lovely view of the park. However, the restroom was quite a walk from the ballroom, and navigating to the parking required using different elevators with varied floor naming, and even walking up stairs from some parking levels.

A pleasant stay at this property. Excellent location, extensive choice of foods for breakfast, spacious and of course the upgraded club M suite room. Service all standard, the only downside is check in and check out time took quite a while as there is no counter for elite member. Overall will come back to this property when I visit bkk again in future.

Fantastic hotel! Luxurious with grand entry and marvelous lobby. Top service. Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast is amazing with a large choice of various cuisines. Also a great rooftop bar with great views of the city. Had a good time here.

This is a huge hotel. The pros are the location and the restaurants on-site. It is right next door to the new Emsphere and right near Phrom Pong BTS. The roof bar is also fab. The cons, it is a huge hotel. The pool is too small for such a large hotel, not enough loungers. Breakfast can feel like a cafeteria experience due to number of people. Overall 4/5. The location is hard to beat.the rooms are functional not deluxe.

It was ok. I expected more in terms of service. I had stayed at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok and the services they provided was much better. Spoke to the GM of this hotel, Simon, and he just responded Happy Birthday and not much more in terms of addressing my feedback. Gave 3 stars because the gym is nice and the morning breakfast is good. I just probably won't stay there next time.

What a wonderful hotel! The rooms were very nice and very clean, facilities were great! The staff is absolutely amazing, super helpful and attentive without being asked! Breakfast buffet is worth every dollar. The only slight downside is the location being a bit of a walk from the BTS, although you could use the back door from about 0530 to 2200 any late night activists would require you to walk down the main road which can get difficult in the rain with vendors set up on the sidewalk. Would definitely stay again!

The Marriott siam tea room has hygiene issues it may expect people to wear a mask but the tables in the Siam tea room are disgusting they are made of pallet wood or it's equivalent and we know already that wood is not very good for hygiene when it's finished with a low finish or poor finish as these tables are, these tables are so dirty that they're sticky. And they look grimy anyway. Staff in the Marriott try their best to do what they can do with the resources they have it's very tough for them I understand this. The service is great but those tables are not the best.

One of the best hotels in Bangkok As a Titanium Elite, super attentive service everywhere - M Lounge (K. Gift, K. Kitty, K. Gail, K. Mew), at the Goji Restaurant Breakfast (K. Gift, K. Ares, K. Boong, etc). Always looking how to offer a better service to valued customers. Really great place! 🏆

Absolutely excellent hotel in Bangkok with perfect location and superb staff. Special shout out to Reservation officer Miss Namwhan for always finding a great room and price even on peak weekends (I'm a regular at this hotel). Great steak dinner and breakfast at Goji restaurant too!

Have a workcation stay at M club twin room for 5 nights. Room was clean and beds are very comfy. Great service from house keeper, they are very helpful and kind. And K.Kate at front office, she's friendly and enthusiastic. I really appreciate! M club lounge moved to lobby lounge and 'scale down', all day snacks and soft drinks, light meals and mocktails were served on evening. Anyway, the lounge staffs service needs to improve in all aspects. Except K.Kenny and K.Q, they are so polite. Ordinary breakfast at Goji restaurant, not many choices and bland. My HUGE benefits is direct access to Benchasiri park. I really enjoy workout every evening.

I stayed here for two nights and I have stayed here before as well. I love this place! Next time I will get the upgrade so you can sit in the lounge and have free drinks and food at different times during the day. Awesome gym and nice pool area. I also love the park which is right outside the back exit of the hotel. If you walk through the park you can cross the street and be in a huge shopping mall. Loads to do and see around here. Also, The breakfast is epic! It’s quite busy in the morning but they do have outdoor seating and as long as the sun isn’t too hot it’s a really nice peaceful space to eat. The rooftop bar was quite expensive and some of the seats aren’t so great because you can’t even see the view… It wasn’t my favorite rooftop bar.

I stayed at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park hotel in Bangkok for 3 days including the 1 day Test & Go package. The M Suite is spacious, well equipped and it was the right place to perform the 12 hours of quarantine. The whole process of the Test & Go was smooth… starting from the pickup at the airport, the transportation with a comfortable Mercedes, the check in, the PCR test and the results that I found in the morning under my room door after less than 12 hours. I was very impressed by the way that the hotel adjusted to the “Covid Situation” - impressed but not surprised since they always doing great. The hotel staff at all frictions points (front desk, door man, room service, restaurant etc.’) are very welcoming, professional, service oriented and doing their outmost to assist you in any way that they can do. It’s very impressive to see the presence of senior managers at the main lobby and the dining room, approaching guests, suggesting assistance and even cleaning tables out of used dishes - this how, In their special way they combine the luxury and elegant touch of Marriott along with a warm atmosphere make you feel at home a way from home. In breakfast you can find a lot of offering, variety of tasty options from the eastern and western kitchens. The hotel is located in a nice quiet street where you can find plenty of street SPAs, restaurants, laundry shops, money changers, hair & nails saloon etc and in a walking distance from Prom Phong BTS station and the nice Emporium mall. I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park hotel that reminds me exactly why I missed so much traveling to Bangkok.

Location was good not great. Rooms a bit dated. Asked for a fork and spoon for my ramen cuz I was quarantined waiting for my pcr result. They said it will cost me 50 baht to send it to me because it’s considered food delivery service. What? Breakfast buffet is a must in the booking. So Working there was challenging despite good internet speed because their desk is glass (mouse didn’t work on this surface) and awkwardly placed. Beautiful entrance lobby. Booked Carlton a block away. Much much better than this place. Regret my booking with Marriott.

Luxury for a non luxurious price! Not much to say other than that! Stayed one night while waiting for our COVID test results. They picked us up from the airport, took us to get tested and brought us to our room. Our results were ready the next day and we were on the road. Got a few extra bucks, or just love luxury then this is the spot!

On of the best hotels which provided tasty and beautiful combination of different cuisines together which made me enjoy the food and time spend eating. We had Indian food option which is boring to have when you are travelling to another country. Did enjoy my stay and time spend there. The cafe in the ground floor does provide good coffees and teas plus breads of different kinds. Hope everyone enjoys.

Fantastic stay at the Marriott Marquis Bangkok! All staff were friendly and welcoming and very helpful wherever possible. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Good leisure facilities and an outstanding breakfast buffet...probably the best I've had anywhere ever. I was lucky enough to have access to the Club/Exec lounge too, again I would say the best I've experienced (special shout out to Khun Mew, always there ready with a drink in hand and a smile in here eyes, impeccable service!) Great location, handy to boutique shops and the BTS to avoid the traffic! Would stay again in a heart beat.

We absolutely loved our stay! the negative was we wish there was more time to enjoy all the amenities and the walk from the hotel to the subway is kind of sketchy. other than that it was an absolute joy the food was great though pool was relaxing there’s also a really large lobby great for lounging around! Also wished we had time to enjoy the spa or gym.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! Very luxurious and the staff is fantastic. A big shout out to the front desk worker Mind, who was sweet and amazing. The room was incredibly luxurious and clean. The layout of a traditional room made you feel like a rockstar, because you could even open the mirror wall in the bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and the cleaning staff was diligent in making the room tidy each day and giving you drinking water. My favorite part of the stay was hands down the breakfast. I had busy days while I was there, so that meal was particularly important in case I didn’t get lunch. They had everything! Omelet station, meats, plethora of baked goods, fruit, salad, cereal, and even stir fry, dumplings, and all sorts of Asian dishes! I was amazed! The pool was very comfortable and the gym was FANTASTIC!!! Had so much equipment, particularly for a hotel gym! They even had a squash court and you could get lessons or personal training. The rooftop has a great bar with so many gin options! And a fantastic view. Great place to end the night. I would definitely stay here again!
