This is not typical Thai Buddhist temple but the temple of Thai dwarf trees. After training & styling the plants followed the traditional textbook over 30 years, the abbot is the only one master of this kind of Thai arts. Wat Klong Toei Nai is the best place to explore how to train the trees from very beginning to the final process without any charge.

I discovered this Buddhist temple when I was looking for a way to send my cat a proper send off to heaven. I highly recommend this place because, thanks to everybody there, I could give my baby boy a great funeral he deserves, and at a very reasonable price.

This is a nice temple hidden in the more industrialised part of Khlong Toei. Access is very difficult - from either Na Ranong Road or Kasem Rat Road is nearly single file with passing gaps. There is parking on site. This temple should not be confused with Wat Khlong Toei which is within 400m but has no road connection.

Interesting place. People are buried here, probably burnt, services are held. The temple is surrounded by many monks crafts. Not a touristy place, surrounded by slums with friendly smiling people.

👍👍 The name of this temple comes from structure nearby, the wording of Saphan means bridge. And firstly you would find very impressive entrance gate that has steam locomotive on the above. Then you can find this temple seems to have extraordinary look. If you want to visit the ordination hall, you have...

😠 This is an example of how a management can suck the fun out of a nice place. Decent infrastructure, a lot of things to do for kids. But in 2023, they will force masks when hospitals don't need them anymore, not only in Bangkok but globally. You must wear their branded non-stick socks, else the staff...

👍👍 Google says everyday open 24 hrs but that is not true. According to one of the reviews below, it opens only once a year to the public. Do not be fooled by Google and this signage.
