There is a very nice place there сalled "Isabelle's Piano". If you like listening to jazz or even like singing, this place is for you. Sometimes you can see the owner of the building singing there. I think Starbucks in the Times Square is one of the cosiest in Bangkok. There are some nice boutique shops, beauty salons and clinics on different levels. And the location with the view on Sukhumvit road is just perfect.

Clean mall. Not too big variety of stores. Toilet is clean. The restaurant on the first floor is lovely and live music is played for lunch and dinner. Thai and western food is available. There is Subway, apothecary, exchange, massages, nails and hair saloons.

Unexpectedly a very good place to spend time, quiet, with some good food shops, a short cut to asok BTS footbridge, and a new big 7 eleven

Not like other largest malls in Bangkok. 3/4 story floor. Most of the shops are screen care, salon and few restaurants. I was surprised to see a Subway branch here. I haven't seen one Subway in the biggest malls

Calm environment on the busiest street of Bangkok. Ground floor Subway is 24 seaters. Starbuck, Money exchange, Siam commercial bank, Boots, Watson, Eye glasses shop amd Isabelle piano restaurant. Live piano. Second floor is boutique, language school and Korean restaurant. Third floor is beauty shop. Forth floor is mainly tour shop. Parking is on back side of building. Large SUV will have to drive carefully.

Quiet! Clean! But has an array of long standing Thai and Korean restaurants and bars. Good Boots, Subway, Starbucks outlets, and a giant 7 11. Hairdressing salons on 2nd floor.

Nothing special. Well maintained office, restaurant, and shop mall. Not a modern mega mall rather old-school yet clean and we'll maintained.

Nice spot in the area as it serves a bridge connection to the opposite side of the road (Robinson's,/Westin Suhkumvit). A few cafes, eateries and some cosmetic shops are found there.

Clean mall building with several medical facilities and clinics. Ground floor has a seven 11 and coffee shop. Building has access to ASOK bts.

Beautiful shopping plaza on Sukhumvit.

Walking around Sukhumvit but need a bathroom? 2nd floor back corner near escalators. Need a coffee break, Starbucks first floor. Want a Subway sandwich, first floor. Need some water to drink, or medication, face cream, Boots first floor. Hungry for Korean barbecue? Several restaurants inside.

Goods and services in the place are mostly over-priced. Walk one block away to get the exact same goods and services for far less costs

Always quiet, not many shops. I only come there for a Subway.

Easy and convenient parking. A few restaurants available and a lot of services offered including massages, hair removal, spa, facial treatments,etc.

Parking for motorcycles is good, you need to pay 10 baht. There is security so it is safe.

there r lot of korean food and some thi diner inside the mall good for tour and have a meal 🙃

Wine shop, Sub way and dental clinic are the places I often visit here. Mall is a good way to get to the skyway 😄

My class is there 10 fl Pro Language School. Really nice staff.

Love the parking 😍 have warning to drive slowly even though may have less space of car park. Am grateful that's it open 24hrs. Staff and guards are friendly, polite and very good service. Over all 10 out of 10 🤭☺️

Great little mall and especially convenient when I need to transfer to even numbered streets from odd numbered streets.

Quit a small shopping mall. The kiss landing pilot shop and a Liquor (alcoholic beverages) shop got my attention.

I like to take a seat at the building's front Coffee shop and gazing at the BTS Sky train.

Lack of shops and place was dark/gloomy. Majority of the shops are beauty related such as hair saloon, skin spa and etc. Not worth coming for unless that is what you are looking for.

Nice and clean shopping mall with famous brand shops. When I talk about brand then it means that the stuff would be a little bit expensive. If you are looking for quality stuff and brand shops then you should pay a visit.

The income tax department is in the 13th floor with officials ready to help people in filing tax returns. Their work is quick and efficient. The Time Square building used to have plenty of Korean visitors but with the ongoing Covid crisis, there aren't there anymore. The place may buzz with activity once the tourists return

Under normal conditions I am sure this would be a thriving commercial space. Currently with the soft lockdown it was deserted and only the bare minimum venues open for business. Access roadside or BTS Asok Station Bridge walk.

Building for offices for rent.Language centers,massage and spas,restaurants,convenience stores,etc.

Many shops are closed due to Covid. It is clean.

Planning of lift system not done well. If you are on the top floor and want to go to the 8th floor, only 3 out of six lifts are accessible. But, waiting time for 3 lifts is upto 5 mins because the lift system is not smart enough to send the correct lift to you. It will send the lifts that don't have acces to 8th floor
