A good exhibition, the building might look a bit old but it's worth it to spend an hour or so looking at the many different displays.

Free access to the exhibition in the building but the exhibition is quite old. It's still worth to explore the historical landmark. :-)

This place has a lot more than expected. Expansive museum with free admission. Highlights Thai contribution to astronomy. At least half of the exhibits include English text. Two full buildings to explore. Makes for a great stop close to the highway when traveling south from BKK or beyond.

Hidden Jem. Recommended place for kids in prachuabkirihan. If you come to see aquarium, you must see this one. No Entrance fee.

Science museum & aquarium in the area. I hope they have better maintenance since it's quite rundown and in need of maintenance.

This place gives insight in astronomy through the ages within Thailand. It also shows the history of coins in Thailand, because a family donated their Thai coin collection to the place.

Free museum about the history of the king and his love for space. Air conditioner too... Most of the exhibits are in Thai though. For free it was good. I would not pay for it though

An amazing place that no one goes to. A good history of astronomy and space exploration from Ancient Egypt to modern times. Also, a really fascinating exhibit on the history of science in Thailand and the collaboration between Europe and Thai Kings over the centuries. Includes the desk where King Mongkhut worked out the lunar phases, his astrolabe and telescope
