However the room is clean and nice.. We've booked 4 nights reservation through agoda application where it describes the hotel room with sea view and include the breakfast in the reservation, unfortunately the room is far-away from the sea view and they requested fees for the breakfast... Honesty is missing!!

The hotel is very well maintained, all staff can speak english... there is kids play area which can be monitor through your room TV... however i feel there is possibility they can make breakfast with more food options...

The worst experience I’ve ever had form many wise : 1- the automatic door in the entrance was will hit me hardly. 2- there is no response from room service. 3- the Ac not working well 4- there is no respecting for smokers to specify rooms for them. Mainly the customer experience was AWFUL!!!!

Decoration and structure very good, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast well varied. only complaint is about the buffet. basically made for indians daily. always rice chicken and a simple salad, I saw many times more options of salad and salty food at breakfast than at lunch. I have been to many hotels far below this one but with a much better buffet. however anyway the food is good and tasty and the cooks very friendly, the menu does not have many choices of food, and is basically snacks. but very well made and well served. apart from the buffet I had a great experience

Excellent for short stays or in transit visitors. The room is neat and spotless clean. The air inside it is pleasant and no bad odor.

The front desk guy is so far one of the most unproffesional guy i have ever met the rooms are excellent but at reception the person doesnt know anything about English then gots angry used curse words in arabic its so far one of the worst front desk personel i have ever seen the hotel will lose it reputation very soon if they do not fix this and put a welcoming and smiley face at the front desk. Please take this matter seriously because the review will fall very soon just for one person ruining such a elegant hotel atmosphere. Date visited 26 DECEMBER time 03.00 AM.

So, this is a very good hotel! Lemme tell you about it, so first of the suites, they are very clean, a GREAT view of the ocean, and let me put you in a situation, so you do to the hotel with yourself, or with 4 other people, IT DOESN'T MATTER! Because you can choose the size, there are three suites, the junior suite is for people the come solo, the standard suite is for people that come with for example about 2 other people, and the executive suite (the one I am in right as I am writing this) is if you go with 4 or 5 other people, next off, the services, there is a health club, a buffet, you can call people for house keeping, a lot of stuff! So, this is a great hotel, and I can confirm that.

Love the room with the balcony, however, balcony was a little small and not the size shown during reservation online.

Nearby Mall is LuLu, based on the Corniche. Good hotel. Their restaurant is not good, service is limited.

Visited the hotel for buffet ifthar. It's just an okay place for having food. Arrangement and ambiance was nice , taste is okayish for everything. Few of the items were good too. You could get better places for similar prices.

Toilets are very bad and there's no proper drainage system. The response is very bad and they didn't come up with any solutions. Really disappointing...

This is the best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay at while in Saudi Arabia. The staff are amazing and so helpful, the gym and the pool are also amazing additions to the stay. The location is near a lot of nice places to visit as well for the family such as restaurants and family fun spots.

the hotel is clean is well placed ... the negative point is that the bottle of water is very expensive so I advise you to go buy your water outside the hotel. what I especially don't like is when I ask for shampoo tubes because he doesn't give the reception guy every day give me only a small shampoo tube. I’m calling him again to ask him another because one tube is not enough he told me he was not allowed to give more
