It took us a month with 1600 rooms and halls.. but for financial reasons, I swear.. we changed the apartment twice because of the smell of the bathroom that entered the rooms.. neither perfume nor incense worked... the elevator and the bathroom smelled good.. the hotel, the rooms and the hall smelled very bad.. the furniture was broken. The drawers are without a base, the walls are partly peeled off, the table is ruined, the kettle is rusty... the door of the kitchen cupboard is broken and the refrigerator is not stable and moving... I am talking about the apartment I lived in, 207 and 307, and I tell you that the mattress is shabby and even its color has changed... The comforter has yellow in it... and if people enter... I saw people. They entered their body with a tattoo and a girl who was a storyteller as if she were a boy who came for two days and walked..

I've rented an apartment (bedroom and living room) for a month by 1,600 SAR. It's very bad, dirty and the furniture in a really bad condition. For all apartments. We have changed our room #207 to room #307; due to it's bad smell (urine smell) .. but still the other apartment have a similar problem (a really bad smell in the living room and the smell of other toilets). It's doesn't worth it.

It is good and its price is reasonable, but there is only one lamp in the room and the air conditioner is pouring water into the room to the point where the place is very tired. I hope they solve this problem..

The sofas are clean and everything is fine, but what is not nice is the smell of the drains coming out and there are no windows, they are all on the light, and it is all bathroom and disgusting.

To be honest The place is good And the price is acceptable The receptionist was treated with the utmost respect and taste Thank you 🌷

I have a very bad experience.. Don't book this hotel for any quarantine service

In the name of God, Mashallah, one of the best apartments in Al Khobar. Everything is available and the staff are very respectful and polite
