    I had a family stay at this residence apartments for three nights last week: - the apartment isn’t clean to stay - When you ask for house keeping their reply is “ not available now” and if you will call after 5pm the ruddy reply will be there are no house keeping after 5 “ Go and check your contract !!😳 - Swimming pool isn’t clean and most of other facilities aren’t working. - If you any visitors you have first to notify the reception first otherwise they aren’t welcome. - I believe that booking rating is false or from limited number of people took the survey so don’t rely on it. - Rarely I write my comments but I think I have to with such bad service. - I will never stay there even I will get paid.

    Good service and located in centre of city and easy to access Indian restaurants. Hotel staffs are co-operative. Swimming 🏊‍♀️ and games area available to access anytime. Safe place to stay with family and friends.

    I booked in this hotel and when I'm about to call the number I ask if they speak English the rude receptionist answer no and turned off the call suddenly while I'm still talking. So I cancelled it and find another hotel that accommodate any nationality and without discrimination.

    Bang for the bucks. Very clean and decently spaced. The amenities were a big help with the kids. Also, in close proximity to Al Rashid Mall.

    I have stayed at the Samaya several times. The hotel is clean and friendly. It is walking distance to the Rashid Mall which also has a Carrefour. The restaurant in the hotel is great for when I'm working from my room. I've stayed at many hotels throughout Khobar and have found the Samaya to be the best value.

    Befor booking this hotel i have a lot of offers for hotel for the same date and location but i booked this coz of indoor swimming pool. I came here at weekend than i go for outing. Came back late in the night. i was tired so i go to bad. Nxt friday morning at 9 am when i go to swimming pool it was close. And after salha i have to leave room. Tel me which time i go for swimming .. hotel web site did not mention about swimming timings.. cheaters
