The staff is not proffesional, the appointments are not well respected, you would be charged for unnecessary fees. The doctor did some work that costed 350 without consultation. Plus the number of hidden fees. The front disk staff is rude and would use excuses such as system is down etc... Poor poor service. The arguably one good thing is u will get what u pay for, but u will pay a little more than you need.

They advertise the national day offer to include cleaning and checkup for 93 SAR. but when I arrived they tried to charge me an additional 35 riyals for the checkup. I had an appointment with rami malik who was very unprofessional. First of all, my appointment was at 4:30 pm but we didn't start until 5 pm. His schedule was displayed on a screen and the only appointment he had was at noon so I'm not sure what was the cause of the delay. When he checked my teeth he told me that a deep clean was needed. I asked him about the difference he said regular cleanup covers everything above the gum and deep cleaning goes below the gum. I told him that I would like to stick to the regular cleanup. When I told him that he frowned. He started by polishing my teeth and in less than 2 minutes he told me we were done, he only did the front side and with no scaling. I looked in the mirror and nothing had changed. I still had plaque on and between my teeth. I told him that so he asked me to sit back down and scaled only the lower 4 front teeth and in 30 seconds he told me that we were done. I have cleaned my teeth multiple times before and this was by far the worst experience. I don't recommend it to anyone.

This clinic is amazing.. Especially Dr.Reem implant surgeon. She is very friendly and she can handle all patients happily and in derma hydrafacial is excellent. And in my experience all department of Saudi swiss is awesome.

Don't go there it's the worst place ever.. I went there to make a retainer and when it doesn't fit they refused to give me my money or make another one.. Once they knew that am going final exit soon they were very rude and they took the money and don't want to give it back

Beautiful service, we were seen quickly. The doctors were very friendly with our daughter, had all machinery and supplies at hand, had expertise, and made the experience very good for us. Most importantly they had the medicine to calm my daughter as she was extremely nervous and the entire process was very easy for her. Orthodontist was also in house and highly experienced. Highly recommended for children and adults.

I went there for a cleanup off the offer they made for 99 sar. Doctor Ahmed Al-Essa was an absolute legend and the perfect dentist for cleanup. He was super knowledgeable and helpful, he was determined to fully clean my teeth and did warn me he will be a bit rough but it was totally worth it. Highly recommend him as your cleanup doctor.

I received dental treatment from Dr Rami Malik over three sessions. At all times he was very professional and efficient. The doctors are phenomenal , however the appointments and timings are an absolute mess, never ever on time and you’ll always wait atleast 20 min before they call you in even though its past ur appointment time. VERY unprofessional in timing.

I did a regular facial it was very good. The nurse jenny was thorough and sweet. I only removed one star because there was only 1 receptionist and it didn't matter if you had an appointment or you want to ask questions and make appointments, we all had to wait in line until our appointment times passed.

They mentioned the package price 92 Riyals for scaling service. On time of payment they asked 40 riyal extra for checkup fee which I did not require and they misguided on the instagram. Not recommended.
