Great shop to buy furniture and other home decoration accessories. The place is spacious and displayed items are excellent. The name of this place is now changed to Home box instead of home centre. All the health guidelines as described by the ministry of health is followed in this store to avoid the spread of Covid 19. Escalators and an elevator is available to reach this place from centrepoint. Wheelchair ♿access: Available (can be accessed through elevators) Wheelchair ♿parking: only one parking spot is available for people with disability.

Prices reasonable, but very bad customer service. Employees don't want to work and difficult to get help from them

Very bad delivery service. Haven’t deliver on the assigned appointment and haven’t contact me to let me know about the delay although I’m calling them many time all the day but without any update and they don’t know the status of the delivery

Its been an hour and a half after the prayer and no employee is seen, it really tells a lot about the place. Absolutely no customer service. I’ll write a review later after i tried the purchase.

After that i hope they will call to apologise or to arrange a new table unfortunately no one contacted me. I called them and raised a complain however no response. After one week they arranged for a delivery and brought a totally different table. Now it have been 10 days no table and no refund. Be careful dealing with HomeBox.

The customer service in the branch is very bad, there are no staff employees, the air conditioning is very hot maybe not working,and they have bad behaviour , not respectful The second branches in Al-Khobar are the same.

At 11 pm . they turned off the lights while customers inside without any notice. Scramble my way out. 2nd floor. Suggestions. Announce at least 5 minutes before turning off lights .

Will give 0 if possible, the delivery is horrible & assembling is beyond horrible. a half assembled furniture lies @ my residence due to a quality issue & no response from homebox team

Most pathetic customer service ever. So rude behaviour. They don't know how to talk to customer. No one is around for help. They won't serve you if there are any Saudi customers around.

Nice place with a lot of nice stuff. We go there time after time just to browse, and we always find something to buy 🙂 Furniture is amazing. There are lots of things for decor and for the kitchen. We like those very much.

i went there to pick-up my online orders, the staff are friendly and accommodating... but im suprised that pick-up are on the second floor and there was no specific counters to release pick-up orders. also, my orders were in huge extended boxes while the elevators are small and no trolleys available... poor service? maybe theres areas for improvement!

I made a mistake by ordering online, the items took a week to be finalize despite them being small and decorative. “Not major” I did the purchase online to save time in shopping however I don’t recommend it. While being in the store, the lady on the counter took 20 mnts to finalize 3 “basic” purchases as they were super slow. It would be great if they worked on the above two points and enhanced it.
