I've lost count of the number of times i've been to this restaurant over the last 9 years and they have always remained consistent. 'Damascus Gardens' located in Khobar on 10th street is a Syrian restaurant serving authentic grilled meats and one of my favourite dishes yet, 'Kofta Tahaniyah' (SR. 26). Minced Beef marinated in spices, with rings of raw onion and chilli pressed into a steel bowl, topped with Tahini and baked in a brick oven till cooked. The meat and tahini combination is scintillating with the outer crust cooked to a crisp. You could also pair this with pomegranate molasses for the ultimate 'sweet & savoury' experience. The Awsal and Raish are also quite good.

This hidden gem offers a delightful Syrian cuisine experience. The restaurant is charming, with a dining section on the first floor. The ambiance is relaxed, but do keep in mind that it's accessible only via stairs. The staff was welcoming and attentive. First, we placed our orders, and then the feast began. We couldn't resist trying the Mix Grill Kebabs and Rib Kebabs. Oh my, they were delicious! 😋 These kebabs are prepared with fresh Naimi meat, and the quality truly shines through. We also indulged in a savory meat dish cooked with tomatoes and kebabs prepared in Indian style. 🍢🥘 The flavors were outstanding, and the prices quite reasonable for the experience. For a well-rounded meal, this place ticks all the right boxes. And the added bonus? Paid parking is available nearby for convenience. 🚗 If you're in the mood for a delightful Syrian food adventure, Arabian Damascus Gardens is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended! 🌮👌

Loved this place when I lived nearby. Their Meat pies, Cheese pies and Grilled meat kababs were amazing. I miss this place.

A nice place for many dishes specially that is done in oven. The meat is very good as we tried bbq pieces, kofta tahina, and meat pieces cooked with tomatoes. The over all experience is very good and the service is nice. The sitting area is regular with no decorations, tables and chairs served by 1 employee. No toilets only a place for hand wash.

What a place and what a unique service that can only happen in Saudi. I made an order and couldn't pay with my EU credit card, the cashier didn't even think twice before he said no problem you can pay next time you are here!!! I was astonished and didn't accept this v generous offer because I was going to leave town next day. Just a great example of good in this world and really this happened twice to me in Khobar in two weeks. What a kind people, love their attitude and goodness. I will always come back and mainly to salute the wonderful cashier

Not recommended at all. Food is fine but not the best, restaurant cleanliness is horrible. When I was eating I found big cockroach walking on the table. I give it to the cashier to be aware.

Best mutton grill Try their raish mushakal, mixed grill with chopsticks and their kabab sandwich is too tasty If you buy grill take away, make sure to get dubs rumman (pomegranate sauce) for free, its a unique taste grill with that sauce

I like this place, Syrian food, specialized in meat, I usually order the 'Arayes' (Beef Pastry), they're just great, and a must try. The staff are nice, and they have seatings upstairs. No bathrooms, but they have washrooms. Paid car parking can be found outside. I recommend this place.

Resturant is for grill items. Like kababs and barbecue chicken. No doubt there kababs are yummy and soft and they are giving good quantity compare to other Resturants in reasonable price. Khubz or bread is above average become quickly sticky and hard. Kabab shawarma is not tasty they are using extra humus and lots of onion that's why there Shawarma taste is bitter. Taking so much time to finish the order.

This is a little hidden gem with delicious bread and hummus, along with great meat options. It has its charm and the food is really great. I would recommend this place to have lunch and enjoy a tasty meal. Cheap, good quality, and fast in serving the meals, you won't be disappointed. Personally, I would recommend a mixed meat platter.

Best barbecue food in Eastern Region if not on the Kingdom. Delicious. I like it so much.
