It has been along time sense I’ve had a good experience with dental doctors, but I believe Dr.Areej is one of the best doctors who I have deal with and made me change the whole idea about dentists. I can’t thank her enough; I’ve never feel pain neither pain after she works and I’m off to home. Also thanks to my sister who leads me to Dr.Areej 😂♥️. I’m very glad for all of there service also her assistance is very nice too. So yeah I totally recommended her without even taking a second thought and you won’t regret it♥️!!

Dr Mohamad Abu Alwan informed my mother that he was doing her this service as a volunteer service and said hes getting no profit from this while we already paid the full amount to the clinic.We were also not able to return our money. Very inappropriate way from the Dr to communicate with his patients. I do not recommend at all!

Dr. Qassim is one of the most disgustingly rude men I have ever met in my life! The way I was treated just now was appalling, when I was only asking for help with an issue caused by his poor workmanship!! It is mind blowing to think that the staff are allowed to speak to paying customers the way he has. Instead of making the company money, he has just lost a paying customer and lots more too by the time I’m finished telling everyone about this experience.

They don’t know how to manage appointments in the derma clinic! They cancel you with a blink of eye! I got cancelled twice in a row just bc of the continuous issues in their machines! You should book an appointment a month in advance and just to tell you at the day of your appointment that their machines are running into issues so you have to book another appointment next month. This is so disrespectful and unprofessional. And with all the technologies the world gained, you can’t book online but you should call through the phone. Not to mention that you shouldn’t wait if you’re on the waitlist bc you will never get a call back.

I had a bad experience with them, I payed for 5 sessions full body laser on the national day with the offer and I just did one session with them because they always canceling my appointments.. the machine always under maintenance or they changing the nurse schedule after I booked my appointment and plus you can’t find any current appointments so you also have to wait few weeks!! What the point of doing the laser session if it’s not monthly? I called many times and I contacted them on Instagram and no one want to find a solution for me. I had no benefits from the session I did and i would never renew or do any service with them again.

Out of 20 doctors, probably 2 actually on time and do the work... the others just there to chat , give their useless opinions and tend to postpone coz it's either Ramadan or time for them to drink their coffee . Foreign doctors there ( Jordan, lebanon..etc) are just there coz of the pay check, they r not even qualified to be dentists in their own county.

Dental private clinic is located in Al Khobar . I was treat my teeth in this nice clinic. Good Doctor mr Malek Ismail clean root canal of my bad teeth. Make temporary filling . All this operation was done at high level of professionalism . I can recommend this good clinic to any people .

I was scheduled to see Dr. Malik when I visited the Chams Clinic at around 8:00 PM. And I informed him that my tooth had a recent removal of an old filling, thus I asked him to replace the hole in my tooth once more. He then inquired about the timing of my most recent cleaning, to which I replied that it had been six months earlier. However, he said that it was not feasible because teeth cleaning is only performed once a year. I paid the cashier after my appointment and was shocked by the cost because I had only one tooth fixed, as I had confirmed at the insurance office and I inquired about the procedures the dentist Malik would charge me for. She responded that anesthesia was used and that 5 teeth were worked on, but I responded that neither was injected or otherwise applied. We didn't confront Doc Malik about it because he had already left for home at the time. I only wish they would be honest about the costs I incur and refrain from tacking on extra fees that weren't necessary. I was dissatisfied.

I went for checkup and doctor Nadal he suggested deep cleaning which cost was an earth. Paid with cash What i get in return extremely terrible service. I am in pain full mouth is hurting. I took second opinion from a different doctor they were surprised what kind of cleaning he did . Its been 7 days i am still in pain my whole mouth is damaged. Never ever go to there.
