High prices. Not big varieties of shoes and sports wear. Location is not handy inside the mall. You need to spend some time until you find them around some corner there. I thought the prices high because the quality of their products is high as well, unfortunately that was not the case. Bottom line: high prices and cheap quality products.

I got very bad expirience when it comes to the service, I've been waiting there for almost two hours for one pair of shoes and they didt found it and they told me to wait again for another minutes, I couldn't wait cuz I have to go on my other appointment, I left the store and I'm very upset cuz I didt got the shoes I like, I hope you guys can help me to find that shoes on that image they have the last peace of that, Thank you and looking forward for it.

Horrible customer service....they don’t even look at you when you’re talking to them .. just walk pass you ..my worst experience . Never visiting footlocker in Rashid Mall everrrr. Plz don’t visit unless you’re there already ..cuz it’s a waste of time driving all the way to Rashid mall and ruining your day .Have a good one y’all :)

Bit expensive compared to sun and sand sports

I’m buying shoes here, although I don’t like the style of the shoes here. The shop does not have wide variety of shoes, I found it very limited, some of the staff are friendly and helpful. I don’t know why Foot Locker is too expensive as compared to other boutiques.

Half an hour for a pair of shoes and they didn’t bring the correct size after all, prices on display are not correct, staff are not trained properly it’s a shame

Of only I can give zero rating for this store... People here sre so rude and don't know their product.. I recommend you to go to the sand and sands in mall of dhahran instead...

Coustmer serves is tooo baaad unprofessional staff, literally there is like 50 ppl in front of the door having problems in just entering the brunch. Since the new patch of the yeezys has arrived today but unfortunately when they open the brunch thy said it is sold out 🤷🏻‍♂️

Worst experience ever; this is not Foot Locker. The people who work here do not want to work here. This is the only explanation.

The salesman really very bad.. Specially the the longhair salesman. Im asking for the size but he dont reply in a nice way instead he turned his back on me.. management please try to trained your employee....

Always good to check out footlocker in other countries as they can often have different releases in shoes. Staff were super friendly. Found it to be a bit high on price but that is down to it being in Saudi not the actual store.

Its not the same so many good products for sale since wayback 2017.

They have authentic products.Salesmen also good behaviour person.But he need to improve his english for cominication with customer.
