First time visiting Safwat AlMuhaidb, and it was a truly unpleasant experience. The staff clearly failed to provide requirements and expectations prior to treatment, using a PEN to sketch on my tooth was UNPROFESSIONAL AS A DOCTOR! it was a waste of my time and will never ever come back again. Not recommended.

Dr. Mohammed al hag is very professional & well experienced doctor, though I have many in family as doctors, he gave consultation with me like my family doctor❤️ & reception lady was very polite in explaining me the procedure & Dr. mostafa Sayed seating beside her translate me in English was very cooperative & one nurse took xray was too good, I recommend everyone to try & feel relax in this dental clinic Thanks again & see you soon❤️🤲🏻💪

I’m thankful that I met (Dr. Reham). She the best at what she does, and I promise, you won’t regret seeing her. She got HANDS FROM HEAVEN (Mashallah). Plus she’s the kindest & most respectful, funniest. All this with amazing knowledge. I got phobia from the dentist, but after the first appointment, I totally forgot about my phobia. That’s how good she is. Can’t ask more than what. Last but not least the receptionist and the staff are so helpful and friendly which I admire so much.

They refused to remove stitches that I have done somewhere else. They said they only remove stitches done at their clinic. This is the bizarre invention I heard. You should verve any patient needing dental services
