Amazing hotel! Perfectly clean everywhere, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, plenty of on site entertainment for all ages. Our room was stunning and the bed was so comfy. The pools were all wonderful and never over crowded. Lots of sunbeds available by the pool and on the beach. Will be booking again. Beautiful relaxing holiday.

The Graceland is a beautiful hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. The facilities are good with a great pool. It is Located directly on the beach with beach access and own beach chairs facing the ocean. The hotel provides a couple of nice restaurants. You should definitely book the breakfast buffet. They have their own barista employed who is roasting the beans by himself and making the coffee specialties. Very high quality product. Else the breakfast had a wide selection of thai dishes, bakery, live cooking, eggs etc. We are very happy to stay here again and nice to see that everything is back after covid!

Great area. Quiet and beautiful beach. Wonderful staff. Hotel needs some updates. Fairly decent amenities. Bowling, bike and paddleboard rentals, gorgeous swimming pools. Amazing buffet breakfast and dinner. Italian restaurant on site was delicious.

Nice resort. Excellent service... friendly and helpful staff. Smoking allowed on the property... So be aware. Decent food options and nice rooms. Some small updates needed but overall good value for the money.

An amazing experience in the Garden Villa. The room was soo comfortable. Staffs were extremely polite & helpful. Nature at its best. The mountain air and the salty breeze. The big swimming pool was perfect. I spent almost 2 hours playing with the kids. Breakfast was plentiful. There was just so much variety of foods you can choose from. Highly recommend for a vacation stay.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of spending nine enchanting nights at The Graceland Hotel, and we can't find a single fault in our experience. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a refreshing cold towel and a drink, we were absolutely delighted with every aspect of our stay. Our room was conveniently located on the ground floor, providing direct access to the pool. It was meticulously cleaned daily, and the sheer size of the bed left us in awe of its comfort. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive. We spent a significant amount of time on the beach, where we never had any trouble finding a comfortable lounger. We struck up wonderful friendships with the leisure and bar staff, with special recognition going to Jame and Tumy, who went above and beyond to make our experience even more memorable. If you have the chance, don't miss the opportunity to challenge the team to a game of pétanque! We had opted for the all-inclusive package, and we were pleased to discover a wide variety of options when it came to food and drinks. Everything we tasted was freshly prepared, and the restaurant staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating. On a couple of occasions, we ventured to the Tonga bar next door and another one further down the beach, both offering excellent value for money, friendly service, and a fantastic Sunday night fire show! Like many travelers, we had read some reviews before arriving at the hotel, which initially raised some concerns. However, we can confidently say that you should overlook those reviews entirely. The hotel was impeccably maintained (we're not sure what more people could expect in terms of improvements), and the staff members were exceptional. Every person we encountered went out of their way to be helpful, and their constant smiles added a special touch to our trip. We're definitely planning to return to The Graceland (hopefully next year) and have already recommended it to numerous friends. Thank you, and we eagerly anticipate seeing you all again soon!

The Resort is very good value, if you get a good deal. The beach is long and nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. Laundry service is very much overpriced. Get it done next door. Same as dinner. We enjoyed our time, but wouldn’t book again, because you could see it’s age. It’s not very good maintained. And the whole property feels empty. We barely saw any other people.

Very good hotel located on a beautiful beach. Very well maintained by extremely friendly employees. Lots of lounge chairs at the beach as well as a bar. Breakfast buffet covered most of the bases - you're likely to find what you want. We are most nights off the property at adjacent beach-front restaurants but the hotel restaurants should not be overlooked. Of all the hotels that we stayed at in Thailand, this was our favourite.

Expect a 4 star hotel and not 5 stars. Decent breakfast but was getting repetitive after a few days. Pools is amazing. Lots of Germans, Frenchies and Russians. We thought it was good value for money as we got a huge discount by buying a few months before our travel started (something like 1/3 of the last minute prices), if not it would not be worth it (to us).

Utterly disappointed with this hotel. Whilst the beachfront location seems to be thr only plus point, everything else is not. The rooms are dated, covered in mosquitoes, dust and never been mopped. My father is disabled and it takes him one hour to walk from lobby to beach. The entire property is not disabled friendly as steps and steep slopes everywhere with no rail to hold onto for support. The pool access rooms clearly have not passed health and safety as over 15 steps to get to the pool (again no handrail) so anyone could slip/fall as no balcony to stop someone falling over. Pool debt is 150cm so if you ate under 5 foot tall (like and my family) your feet cannot touch the ground meaning we cannot use pool as have to float all the time and cannot stand in the water. I would not recommend this hotel.

Relax at our seaside escape The Outrigger Khao Lak Beach Resort is an absolute beachfront property situated on the shores of the Andaman Sea. 151 spacious rooms and elegant suites, all with a balcony or terrace, blend contemporary design with traditional Thai accents. For romantic getaways, choose from one of our 7 secluded villas featuring a private plunge pool or an outdoor terrace with lush tropical gardens.

Excellent hotel: great breakfast; good service, despite of the lack of their English, beautiful beach. A lot of pools and good rooms. Two key disadvantages: (1) sometimes cleaning was awful, (2) there are not enough sunbeds - unbelievable for 5-star hotel. The reason is that they use beach for restaurant, not for people rest. It's weird, they could do both but they just don't want. And yes - they are doing nothing with smoking in the beach - really disgusting. A tip: do not exchange in the hotel, there is exchange outside which is really close and 7% more profitable.

Hotel is not 5 star, max 4. Rooms are pretty well maintained and equipped. Service is kind but does not understand english. Only some of the staff could talk in english. We had breakfasts at the hotel and these were really monotonous. Beach is ok but a bit rocky at the shore. Pools are really great. What we liked most is peace and quiet. What we did not like was staff thought every guest was russian. One other drawback is location which is far away from everything. All in all very good hotel for peaceful vacation.

A bit remote hotel (going on tours or anything will charge you extra, money and earlier pickup time), but nice accomodation and food. Sandy beach, plenty of seashells, but nothing to snorkel for. The rooms with access to the tiny pool look cool, but at 8am everyday the fish fountains start to make insane noise.

We had the most amazing time here, the staff were absolutely beautiful, friendly and helpful. Cannot fault anything except the location of it, it is far from everything if you want to go to markets and restaurants. But otherwise 5/5 from us. We will be back <3
