At first I thought, oh, radiology in the back yard, and rang the bell with mixed feelings, but what a miracle, two nice employees welcomed us in a friendly manner, answered our questions professionally and allayed our initial fears about the upcoming MRI. And: the MRI equipment is the finest, up to date and -- open!! Ideal for claustrophobia patients, for heavier people and for children! In fact, the MRI examination was fearless, especially since my partner was also allowed to be there! The doctor, Dr Schröder, then showed us the MRI images and explained their meaning to us. Fortunately, the suspicion of a cerebral infarction or stroke was NOT confirmed for me!! Great, competent doctor and empathetic employees who enjoy their work! I recommend this team with full conviction!

Absolutely recommended, was just there with my wife. With her fear and such a super friendly team, it was simply brilliant. Just ran great. Always, again and again. I also sat with my wife the whole time. Thank you for everything.

Thank you very much for the great care during the examination. I felt very well looked after in the practice, especially by Wioletta. If I have to have an MRI again, then this practice will be my first choice!!!

100% a recommendation from me. The staff is super nice, they listen to the patient and do everything they can to make sure they get through the examination well. It is not true that only private patients are welcome here. The fact is that the device has not yet reached the statutory health insurance companies and, as is often the case, it takes a little longer. Nevertheless, I spoke to my health insurance company and got the costs covered. Talking helps! I can therefore recommend the open MRI to anyone who has a hard time with closed rooms.

I am an anxious patient and couldn't get into a normal MRI even with sedation. We then came across this open MRI. The appointment was very friendly and understanding on the phone. When we got there (me and my mother) it didn't look like much from the outside, but once we were inside... I've never had such nice people in a doctor's office as I did there. Everything was explained to us objectively but also sensitively. I was allowed to carry out 2 test runs with the doctor's assistant, where she held my hand and talked to me (no more test runs were necessary)☺️. After you're done, you'll be asked to wait 2-5 minutes and you'll be taken straight to the doctor. She was so very sensitive and explained everything in a very factual manner. Conclusion: Nice staff/doctor, anxious patients friendly and quick result with conversation within 10 minutes. Best doctor/MRI visit ever. Highly recommended☺️

It was totally doable! Of course, MRI examinations are never a highlight, but in every respect they are much more pleasant with this device than with any tube! You can stretch your arms out, it's airy and easy to bear. The radiologist and her team are also tip top and very friendly. The imaging is excellent!

The people there are unbeatable when it comes to friendliness! The old irrational fear still gripped me. Two angels remained at my side with infinite patience and guiding care until the pictures were in the box. Thanks!

We would like to thank you again very much, from the first personal phone call to the appointment we felt very well looked after with our daughter, initial fears were allayed on the phone, everything was explained in detail and we provided support with formal matters. During the examination it was a very child-friendly, sensitive approach, as was the consultation with the doctor, thank you very much for that, they are a great team, which I can only recommend!
