Actually,
one
star
is
too
many.
I'm
writing
this
review
because
I'm
more
than
pissed
off
at
the
business
practices
of
the
Sirius
Group
and
can't
find
the
words
anymore.
As
long
as
I
was
a
tenant,
my
requests
-
especially
for
a
larger
office
space
-
were
responded
to
quickly
and
unbureaucratically.
I
then
canceled
this
office
space
in
March
2015
and
received
a
confirmation
of
cancellation
for
the
end
of
March
2016
(!).
Although
I
moved
out
in
July
2015
and
wanted
to
hand
over
the
rental
space,
this
was
not
granted
to
me.
Although
there
is
said
to
be
strong
demand
for
rental
space
in
Sirius
Park,
my
office
space
could
not
be
rented
out
again
beforehand.
So
I
paid
the
full
rental
price
until
the
end
of
March
2016.
Now
I've
been
waiting
for
my
deposit
for
over
four
months,
which
-
I
was
promised
-
was
actually
supposed
to
be
paid
back
in
May
2016.
I
also
expect
a
reimbursement
of
additional
costs
as
I
have
not
used
the
property
for
9
months.
Since
then
I
have
written
numerous
emails
and
letters
to
the
management
in
Kiel
and
Berlin.
At
the
beginning
I
was
put
off,
but
since
the
end
of
last
year
my
questions
-
even
though
they
have
been
read
-
have
not
been
responded
to
at
all.
Instead
I
get
a
request
for
additional
payment
of
operating
costs,
which
is
more
than
dubious!
I'm
excited
to
see
how
this
will
end.
I
advise
all
new
tenants
to
read
the
rental
agreement
very
carefully.
