Although I moved out in July 2015 and wanted to hand over the rental space, this was not granted to me. Although there is said to be strong demand for rental space in Sirius Park, my office space could not be rented out again beforehand. So I paid the full rental price until the end of March 2016. Now I've been waiting for my deposit for over four months, which - I was promised - was actually supposed to be paid back in May 2016. I also expect a reimbursement of additional costs as I have not used the property for 9 months. Since then I have written numerous emails and letters to the management in Kiel and Berlin.
