What made thus hotel a memorable one was the service of the hotel employees. Each single one of them from front desk to cleaners were very accommodating and ready to offer their best service to close to a 100 guest at the same time. Clean rooms, great location, stellar service. Will definitely stay again

The entire staff at Scheba Hotel are incredible. During our two week stay they were so welcoming, helpful, and generous. The servers in the dining room were particularly friendly. Faith was simply the best! The rooms were excellent as well. Ours had a big bathtub and waterfall shower; definitely something to look forward to after a day of driving through dusty hills! The views from the balcony were amazing! It was so peaceful to sit out there in the morning and listen to the birds. I highly recommend Scheba Hotel to anyone traveling to Kigali!

We did not have a good experience at all. We ordered room service and the waiter knocked once on the door but before we could open for him, he opened the door and walked in, then that same night at around 11pm someone just unlocked our door and walked in but realised someone was in the room and left immediately, well after that we kept the chair up against the door.

Kitchen service and quality of food needs to be improved.

Scheba Hotel in KIYOVU is the place to be while in Rwanda. They have great services with the great team to make you feel at home.

Quite a good, cozy and quiet hotel. However a few flaws that need to be worked upon. There was no one at the reception and no one manning the security check station, somebody directed me to the restaurant, however no waiter showed up for about 15 mins, looked like a desserted place. Hence i had to knock at the Kitchen door for service. Otherwise they have a neatly maintained pool accessible for non-guess at a reasonable price. They also have a small gym and sauna facility. I hope to return back soon and hope a better service and accordingly change my review and rating!

Good place with courteous management willing to serve guests. Excellent use of space in building this place. Would be back again.
