Owner and waitresses were very friendly and speak good English. After spending 2 weeks in the countryside the salad tasted so fresh and delicious, chicken was also juicy and lots of fries. Give it a try if you’re in the area.

Best grilled fish I have had in years. It was perfection. Fresh. Seasoning didn't overpower the natural flavor of the fish. Tender and succulent. Perfect skin. It was just amazing.

My worst nightmare, at first i requested for the menu from this number on the website+250732606618 and i discovered that each chicken types was 6000rwf. I thereafter requested for 2 type which was 12,000rwf, however, was told i would paid 15,500 rwf for delivery to my hotel i decline and chose to come pick it up myself. I came there was collected it and gave the seller 15,000rwf of which he was suspose to give me 3000rwf but gave me 2000rwf which i didnt noticed because i was in a hurry. When i noticed i questioned and got a lame excuse that the 1000 rwf was for service. No body rendered any service as i went to pick up my request mysef. They stole my 1000 rwf as if that wasnt enough, they spoilt my grilled chicken with so much salt that i had to throw it away because i trun down their home delivery service in place of coming to pick it up myself. How i wish i had never gone there. I will advice future tourist to Rwanda to not visit Alam grill house and when they do, they should be careful as the staff are in the habit of stealing from customers.
