Worst place ever poor service poor hygiene rude ! found hair and paper in my food! got my order completely wrong! charged me for things I didn’t order😪 then charged me for items I asked for but didn’t give it to me !a$$ backwards they need no stars and to be shut down

My husband and I went for breakfast because we forgot Wendy's offered it. Being yi had them in Tampa, Florida while loving there. The food was hot just my husband sausage, biscuits and gravy was salty. I purchased a combo and a cookie after which was brought out after I got my combo. I think I should be offer the .99 price like advertised. Other than that everything was good.

I was waiting for my pick order for around 5 mins or so. Not a problem. Bit while waiting, The young lady at the drive-through was pouring a cuppa coffee for someone and noticed that the coffee was cold so she talked to the lady at the front counter and told her the coffee is not even cold. I mean not even hot and the lady told her oh that’s OK just stick it in the microwave. Both of them did not have a hairnet, and both hairs were all over the place the front counter lady kept scratching her head right here in front of me while grabbing and fixing my order, the cook came out from the bathroom around the bathroom area. He himself had shoulder lean pair with no hairnet and had his apron on and the girl they started fixing the second Car order, which was some chicken nuggets and she didn’t use tongs to get the nuggets. She literally used her fingers. Do not do not go to this restaurant .

Got breakfast was very disappointing...French toast sticks so burned not enough syrup in the world to make edible and they appear to be flattened out like something heavy placed on top during cooking or after The seasoned potatoes were not overly burned but well done and had excess salt Feeling like time to boycott this location for a while

Going downhill doesn’t begin to describe what’s happened to this Wendy’s. Several times over the past few months I’ve gone to this location, and not a single time was my order ready or even prepared in a decent time for that matter. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for your order, on a good day. Very poor, inconsiderate, and unprofessional staff whom refuse to acknowledge you at all. The same goes for their manager. Even putting out one order is a challenge for this place. Combined with the uncleanliness, unprofessionalism, and inconsiderate behavior occurring here, this place should not even be still be considered an operating restaurant. Pick up from here at your own risk, the risk of never getting your order.

This is a great place to get what you didn't order. Got to be the worst in the chain around.

I have repeatedly gave this place a chance, but every time, it’s absolutely a disgrace. No service, they don’t put out food, they cannot handle one order. Every time it’s 20-30 minutes for one lousy order. I am shocked that Wendy’s headquarters did not shut this place down long time ago. Just today, I stood there 15-20 minutes; no one even acknowledged me including the manager who said she’s going to her car to get a book, and didn’t even bother to ask me, “How can I help you?” And came back and stood there in the kitchen another 10 minutes without taking care of the customers. Someone from corporate should look at their service and drive-thru times and the filth in their kitchens, and do something about it.

There was a hair in my fries and it wasn’t mine. The hair was in the cheese.
