    I ordered through the app and did curbside to avoid the long lines. When the lady brought the order to the car she didn’t bring the happy meal and walked away before I could tell her I was missing the happy meal. My sister goes inside to ask for the happy meal and she tells her “I gave you a happy meal” and she simply tells her no you did not. You gave us the rest of our order but not the happy meal. So they give her the happy meal and when I get home and open the nuggets box this is what is inside.

    Food 4/5: It's McDonalds so nothing changes. All of the drink machines were out of carbonation so had to ask for a drink from the drive thru machine. Service 3/5: I'd say 1/4 times we go here, something is messed up. It's the closest to our house and our kids love McDonalds. My picture shows the order was received correctly, it's the assembly person at night that messes up. Atmosphere 5/5: The inside is typically clean. I understand if one table was just occupied and hadn't been tended to yet.

    I did not realize it was raining as bad as it was. If I had known I would have went to the drive thru. I waited more than 15 minutes for my food my fries were like warm and I didn’t get my extra onions sad face. I understand how the weather can slow things down I saw more than 7 vehicle leave before I got my food. I was more heartbroken from having the employee come out in the rain. I called to store and a lady answered the phone and I told her I had been waiting in mobile order for more than 15 minutes. Then a man yelled in my ear saying it’s coming and the call was disconnected. I didn’t mind waiting but don’t yell at me because your busy! It’s called fast food for a reason it’s going to be busy. I appreciate my rewards I don’t take them lightly. Thank you for being in business and providing service even in the rain

    Sign on the door says they close the dining room at 2200, here we are at 2140 and the doors are locked. Going to Whataburger. Update: I ordered 20 nuggets, large fry and a small drink. And what does McDonald's give me? 4 large fry and a drink. Never again McDonald's.

    They sold me a “cook to order” spicy chicken sandwich with old lettuce, then basically tried to call me a liar with saying” our lettuce is fresh on the line I’m looking at it” well good thing for phones because I took a picture! I reported this to the BBB a the Health department….. and if I get sick I guess we’ll have a lawsuit on our hands right. Gina the manager wasn’t very helpful, apologetic and not willing to make it right. Never going there again!!!!

    I rate you a three only cause your better than the other McDonald's in the area. However, it blows my mind that you employee's expect raises when you can't even get get my order right like ever. I understand if it is a huge order for my whole family and it only happens on occasion but I just left after ordering a simple meal for myself on the way to work and paid for a spicy chicken deluxe and got to work only to find a sandwich with 2 pickles some sauce and an over cooked piece of not spicy chicken. Can't come back and fix it now cause I'm at work 😒. So now I'm stuck eating something unsatisfactory and not worth the price I paid yet again all because someone who makes more money than me can't do their job correctly. Do better ppl.

    Even with notifying management. Nothing changes. Everyone needs to pay attention to the details. Put down the cell phone, assist your fellow employees when you see them struggling. Give 100% service not "JUST GOOD ENOUGH " service. I give up on the fries. They are either warm, hot mixed in with old fries. I would like to see McDonald's offer potato chip in a bag. Also offer canned soda. Too often I get soda that is flat or taste like something else.

    I'm a bit conflicted about this location and with the usage of the mobile app. It was at the time in between breakfast and lunch where I ordered breakfast through the mobile app, but because the system switched over, that order was cancelled and was rung up again causing me to pay double at that time (the mobile app will be refunded within 3-5 business days as usual). But what's bad is how they phrased it. It took a manager to properly tell me the situation. Overall, the order was good, just need better service.

    The place was nice and clean. The cashiers were really polite. The fish sandwich was great! I did order extra on my hamburger and I got it cold. If it wasn't for that I'd give it a 5. I like my food fresh and hot. Again, the filet fish was nice and hot.

    This McDonald’s was not so clean. I took my granddaughter to play and the kids playground area. It was so dirty I just was disgusted by other stick on dirt sweat. The kids have left on the playground. The tables didn’t look wiped down and the floor felt sticky, but I must say the food was good. It was hot and I did not have to wait long for my order.

    Went this past Sunday (11/12) evening around 7, and from the moment we walked in, the overall service was HORRIBLE! No one at the counter so you have place your own order at the kiosk, then once you get through that we stood there for several minutes waiting for our cups all while the employees walk past you ignoring you. When you finally get their attention, they act like you're bothering them. We took our daughter there because she wanted to play on the playground and that was a nope since they had the lights off. When we asked about the lights the employee just said, "I'll look into it"... never did.

    Every time and yes I stopped going there for a while because they can never get anything right, but I tried today and got a #4 Sausage, EGG and cheese biscuit but there is no EGG in it. Didn't even waste my time calling them because of course they always make it your fault as to why they can't get simple orders correct. I had ordered an ICED Vanilla Coffee and they gave me a hot coffee and when I said something her response was your receipt says "McCafe" and I said " okay but that's not what I ordered can we just make it righ and get me what I ordered?" They did exchange the coffee so I am thankful for that but I will NEVER EVER go back to this McDonald's again! I work hard for my money to give it to people that do the bare minimum for theirs.
