I called here for coffee after some shopping. I had a double espresso and a muffin. They had no espresso cups so gave me a paper cup. The muffin was very good. Staff were friendly.
This is our place to drink our coffee, we like they give us a card and we can get a free one occasionally. I don't understand why they can't let us have a cold coffee for free like they do with the hot coffees. Also they should ask if we are drinking in there or to take out. We get plastic recipients when we are staying in the place, it should be nice to have the right one when we are in the area.
It's in a nice location with plenty seating, but the dirt was genuinely disturbing. I had to ask for a wet cloth to clean the crumbs and stains from the table and the chairs had large particles of dirt between the seat and the back as can be seen in the photos. The chairs are also too big for the tiny table that were joined up. The tables were rocking which is so annoying. I had a cappuccino which wasn't even served in a mug but a cheap paper cup........such cheap service!!!
Coffee was lovely and my kids liked the hot chocolate and cake. I would definitely recommend and go there again
As one of the only cafes in the shopping centre, Misto Cafe is a letdown. The food and cake options are limited, and the coffee making skills are poor. We were served in paper cups despite sitting in, and both our coffee and hot chocolate were lukewarm. After asking for the hot chocolate to be reheated, it was returned boiling.. an overcorrection that showed little care or attention to detail. A place with potential, but as it stands, it does not live up to even the bare minimum.
Terrible espresso. We were drawn in by the nice espresso machine, but when we tasted it, we couldn't even finish it. I'm sorry to say it but It feels like the staff hasn't been trained properly. A below-average espresso should not cost €3.90, come on!
Good coffee. Muffins are nice
Food is not really tasty. One time, I've got a bug in my hot chocolate. Prices are too high.
All the reviews up here are so bad. The staff here are not happy to be there at all. Says a lot about the management. Very expensive too for what you get. I ordered a cup of tea and had to pay extra for a drop of oat milk, it’s a disgrace. Also here is a photo of my burnt sandwich!! Delicious…
Very bad service. I ordered a coffee drink in Caffe, and I've got it in paper cup. When I asked why I've got my coffee in paper cup, lady said they don't have a large mug. But people sitting around had mugs.... Another thing coffee was extremely hot, I burnt my tongue. Definitely avoid this place, is there many better coffee shops around with better service.
Avoid going here if you can. I went here with my 5 year old the person who served me was rude and in vile humour I always get my child a babychino we got it I asked if I could have marshmallows on it was told it costs €0.75 for marshmallow’s I was shocked never ever go back here again people need to avoid it. My latte wasn’t very hot and the cake I are part of it not very fresh. Awful place.
