The guy that deleverd my pizza on the 30th june was very late the pizza was cold never again will i ever placing an order for a delevery verry poor servas really and the pizza box was not the cleanest it dont feel like they give a dam about my order

Ordered a triple Decker topped half and half and i found most chicken fillings in the meat half.taste was also not satisfactory as it was a bit dry

Ordered online at 7.16pm arrived at 8.34pm cannot track order. Food arrived ice cold. No apology from the driver. Taste wise cold pizza not worth it. Focaccia nothing like the image. Crammed crust more dough less filling.

Crowded and queues at counter and kiosk. Cashier did not.have 10cents for change. Delivery personnel.also queuing for orders. What happened with the 20 minute hot delivery?

Debonairs Pizza in Long Street - STAY AWAY, I've now deleted the app. Call centre can't help with your order number, why the call center even exists is a mystery, couldn't find my order, had to go pickup a delivery order and still they couldn't find my order, it was end of the month so it was understandable that it was busy but no one could find my order, the managers don't answer their phones when being transferred through. Constant excuses are the order of the day there. Delivery guy eventually showed up 3 hours later, I will NEVER order from them again , the same goes for the Steers next door. The small amount of money I spend there might not damage their bottom line but they have lost a customer forever, and yes I will be spreading that information around.

Honestly always went to long street. But now they have had the worse service. They say 25-30 min but when you get to the store they won't let you pay because the food is not ready. The lady explained that she misunderstand what we said. I think she has no clue, don't know if she is new or what. Never again. I wish I could give 0 stars. Your staff is rude having long conversations with each other not paying attention to customers. No thank you. Never again.

Ordered 21/10/2022. Excellent food and service. Lady was easy to understand on phone, and I received a call that my order was ready less than 10 minutes placing it on a Friday evening. When I arrived, there was someone to greet me and I promptly received my warm, delicious pizza. 10/10

The service here is horrible, the waiting time is an hour to get a pizza! The people working here there would be lying saying only 15min which then translates to 1hour!!! If you guys need speedy service this is NOT the store of choice! NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO DEBONAIRS IN LONG STREET!

Ordered and received ( Order No.16) a large steak and mushroom pizza (from Shop 4, Long Street) which is indigestible. The dough tastes like it was made from sugar and is so SWEET that it is unpalatable. I don't think it even merits one star. Wasted my money.

The weather called for a night in with a gown ,Cup of coffee and a slice of amazing pizza....

The staff were friendly and quick to assist! They were rather busy, but they regularly came to us to inform us that they're getting our pizza ready as soon as they can!

Always better ordering telephonically because it can get way too busy most of the time,place order by phone and collect
