Great place for the whole family. A variety of restaurants and a game arcade. We are really sad that the cinema closed! Retail shops include Pick and Pay Clothing, Ackermans, Milaydys and Mr Price Sport.

It is a lovely place to visit for various shops and needs. Conveniently placed and good parking. Tip: 1.) Be aware of motorists in the parking area as some people drive too fast and believe they have the right of way. 2.) If lines were either repainted or painted, it may help motorists to consider others.

A very cool mall, primarily built for entertainment. It's perfect for dining with friends and family and wouldn't cost money to park your vehicle at its facilities. It has Ster Kinekor as it's cinema and an entertainment unit to play games.

I don't think management as well as tenants has any pride towards the building, lift at times not working, AC's not working in summer. I only go there for Dischem

The atmosphere there is wonderful, the mall, the shops, everything is amazing. It's however jinxed by Covid 19 a bit,but that does not steal all of the beauty of NC mall.

It's a good place to shop at with convenient and easy to access shops.

You can't get lost it has a simple layout. No cinema which is a shame.... Truthfully it feels more like a shopping complex the name mall feels misleading

Do not have enough parking for the disabled and on top of that they have no one keeping watch over it. So as is usual SA ignore signs signaling disability parking

Pleasant mall with enough parking and security. Some shops closed early. Not all restaurants open after 17:00.

Parking shades are far from the entrance, and serves no purpose when it rains. If possible, please remove some and reinstall them closer to the entrance to makes shopping easier and attractive, especially during rainy season

Nice and big needs more eating out places no halaal places yet a lot of Muslim patrons needs a good bakery and those play areas for kids with water sprinklers see play area the Grove in pta east just a thought ???????)?

Employees from Pick 'N Pay and various other stores not following smoking regulations standing in doorways and walkways where the public including children are exposed to second hand smoke. Visited Mugg and Bean. The most unfriendly, unwelcoming and unaccomodating manager in any of the Mugg and Bean stores I have been to. Waited ages for our food. Coffee was cold. Waitress was friendly though.

They could do better by having those boards showing directions to the shops,I ran the whole mall looking for a pharmacy.

My recent visit to the mall was rather quick, because of Covid-19 I didn't want to be there for a long period of time. Social distancing is still a thing in the shops I was in, which is a good thing. You can't obviously enter the mall without a mask on, the mall also has these self sanitising station, where you use you foot to maneuver the thingy to spritz sanitizer on your hands. Clever.

Very busy. Good variety shops. Car guards very helpfull. Just try and stay clear from the KFC....not to good an experience i had with them.

All shop complied to security and safety tegulations and we had ample parking.

My mother has not yet regained complete use of her legs and is still a bit wheelchair bound after surviving covid at the age of 77. Today was her first visit to the mall after 3 months and the service was excellent! They provided a wheelchair on arrival and were helpful in every way possible to assist... not to mention the friendly attitudes! Hhhmmm... impressive!!

Very busy as usual had breakfast at John Dorys was very nice snd we spent the after just walking around.

Won't call it the "Mall of Choice" in Kimberley but rather the "Mall of Convenience" as most of the shops you will need on a daily basis are located there. The Centre is accessible from both Memorial Road and Jacob Smuts Avenue and parking is conveniently located. Not my favorite place to linger around but rather to do business. That, one will get done there.
