Spacious and well organized restaurant. Extremely good service and so yummy food. Big portions served hot and fresh. I do recommend the tacos and grilled salmon. Average pricing.

Great service and great food! The bang bang shrimp and chicken was very good. Also the Georgia Peach was delicious. The portion sizes were perfect. My only complaint would be that the music was a little loud but that is just my preference. Definitely coming back!

The food is pretty good, nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad. The atmosphere is solid, it's a Cheesecake factory, nice enough. But the service... That was great. Both table and bar service, lunch and happy hour, have been met with some of the most amazing and friendly servers I've met.

A best place to stop by if you want to celebrate. I celebrated my wife’s birthday and it made her day. The ambiance is really beautiful, On time service, a very energetic and friendly staff servers. Its also great place to go on a date with some one special. Lot of vegetarian options such as Veggie Burger, Crispy Cauliflower , Stuffed mushrooms, Brussels Sprouts, Pastas, and of course cheesecake

We dine in and it was the first time we ever been there. We ordered appetizers and the came with our actual main course. The table was so full. Our burgers wasn't good. They had no flavor but the meat was on point. We went there a second time to eat cheesecake with our son. We also ordered a Latte and a Mocha Cappuccino. We literally wait 40 minutes to get our coffee. It's so unorganized. But our waitress was so friendly and she did a good job and it's not on her.

Alright so let's start by saying there was a Long wait. It was on Mother's Day so I get it (another late upload)... We also had a table of 7 too 🤷🏾‍♂️. Now off to the food. I ordered Fried Chicken and Waffles Eggs Benedict. It came with fried breakfast potatoes. I also ordered a potato soup. Generally speaking I like fried chicken so I know un seasoned chicken when I taste it. And that's a shame because if just a little bit salt or pepper, the dish would have been better enjoyable. The meat was fresh and hot, also juicy. Did I mention it was chicken strips? I'm use to chicken and waffles being "bone-in" chicken or maybe that's just me. So yes chicken juicy and fresh. Much appreciated on this part. The waffle, the waffle was dry my guy. Only came out with one little condiment cup of syrup. Like yo, I'ma needs more ya dig. Sure I could have asked for another but why should I? One cup is not enough. Perhaps at least two should come with the dish and then you ask for more if needed. The egg was poached and hollandaise sauce was served on the side, sure that's fine. Poached egg was uhmmm how can I say this, over poached... It was more like a boiled egg. The egg didn't run slightly or anything it was exactly like cutting into a boiled egg. Basically dried out. Oh, also no season. Now I had a potato soup 🍲. This bad boy was delicious 😋. I loved the creaminess of the cheese and the potatoes was nice and soft. Whatever it was seasoned with was right on point. Maybe I should have just ordered two soups. 🤔 No complaints from the soup, just compliments to the chef. This probably sounds like a 2 star review but what saved them was the service and kids had lots of fun. Even when waiting for about 1hr. Our server was nice and he kept his eye on us and was there if we needed anything (other than syrup). Cheesecake Factory is enjoyable on average but this is a 3 star review. Oh, got the kids some mac and cheese, they loved it. I didn't try it but they looked feasible for kids.

Good food and quick service , I had the coconut mojito and it was fabulous. The food was good and the steak came out perfect. We came for a birthday dinner and it was fitting for a group our size and the atmosphere was great for the celebration. Nice and clean and in a convenient location.

It seems that this Cheesecake Factory is slipping. From the portion size and quality of food have dropped dramatically. The image I am sharing is what this location is proud to send out of the kitchen. For reference it is Shepherds Pie. Draining the oil off of food is considered an ok thing to do along with not scorching the food to push a burnt flavor.

Very, very good. Really enjoyed the meal! Steak medallions and tiramisu cheesecake. So delish. The waiter was a little weird, but a nice kid.

The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints! Their diverse menu offers delicious dishes, like the Spicy Tuna, which is a hidden gem. With generous portions, I always bring leftovers for another delightful meal.

I’ve been here a handful of times and each time has been a great experience! The service is always quick and attentive, the food is delicious, and you can’t beat the cheesecake! Cheesecake Factory is definitely one of my favorite restaurants to go to. All the servers I have had have been personable and have made each dining experience pleasant. The atmosphere definitely depends on when you go, but either way it’s always positive. I’d recommend anyone to this Cheesecake Factory!

Went at 9 on a Saturday night, and there was no real wait. The food and atmosphere were good. I enjoy their food they have a good selection of choices of variety types of food.

I’ve been to the Cheesecake Factory before, but not for at least 8 years, so I wasn’t sure how much things had changed. The menu is full of so many options, and everything is reasonably priced. Service was amazing!!! I had the steak Diane and was not disappointed, the mashed potatoes are made from scratch and the steak had perfect flavor and was cooked exactly the way I wanted. Everything was better than I expected, and that’s always a plus.

The atmosphere was nice and what you would expect from a Cheesecake Factory restaurant. It was very clean as well. Food did not disappoint! I was pleasantly surprised by their skinny menu (way less calories yet tasty and filling portions). The drinks were pricey though and our server wasn’t very attentive. She disappeared a few times. The cheesecake was definitely the highlight of the whole experience!

Bit pricey but great food and humongous portions. Wish they make the portions smaller to cut down on prices. One of the funniest and best waiter, Kahani. Even though he was very busy, he’d joked with us time to time and had great time.

Great as ever wherever you travel, SF or Florida etc and this location was no exception. We arrived here after a long drive and then visiting the nearby Air and Space museum and on top of that it was a very hot early April day: no wonder we were tired and hungry. Fortunately the place was rather empty and apart from some women who arrived after us and decided to start shouting in their language with the phone on speaker and a bar tender who was shouting too, the place was quiet in our corner at the table for 8 we were sat, despite being only 2 people. Great steaks, great breads and drinks, that is why we always come back to this place.

To Go parking is always used by regular customers and mall shoppers. It is never enforced by mall security or Cheesecake Factory. So if it’s winter and you order “To Go” then you are walking a ways back to your car with your food. It was this way throughout the pandemic and continues today. When they did do curbside, the online ordering instructed you NOT to park there. Why have the signs? Expect your food to get colder sooner.

Just had lunch at this Dulles VA location , had Deshan who serviced us . Excellent service provided by Deshan, very polite , extremely professional and very thorough! We enjoyed our lunch because of his excellent service and recommendations with food. Very nice ambience inside this location and the manager on duty was very professional with his services too. Loved coming on this location and enjoyed our Saturday lunch 🥰🥰

Love cheesecake factory. Chicken and shrimp gumbo ia my favorite dish. Hibachi ateak was okay. I tried Chicken piccata first time and it didn't disappointed me. I love their menu options.
