Limited parking, always busy. Chicken at this KFC tastes good. Location is small so expect to wait. Not a dining location.

Best KFC I had had amongst all locations. Sometimes crowded but the persons in the community likes their chicken well done it seems because this location somehow does their food just right!

Service is a bit slow, limited parking space, garbage storage area is adjacent to the restaurant.

Who would have known Jamaicans love KFC lol. The food was good and hot and satisfying. They don’t have hot sauce though for the chicken. Where they do that? lol anyway. I don’t do KFC here in the USA. Haven’t been in years but I’d go here again if I was hungry 🤷🏾‍♀️

I went there on new years. It was crowdy but the service was good.

No one follows rules here. The lines are always long, and people just come in from outside and skip the ones waiting their friends inside. They serve them before everyone else so they don't have to wait. The bucket chicken we got was all soggy when we got home, and we were 5min away.

The food was good but in busy times expect the line/queue to be long at least an hour wait as they operate a pay in advance purchase system. Food pretty quick once paid. Check your receipt to ensure you got everything you want and check again upon food collection. I heard they take orders from the KFC App which will speed up the whole process. They take cash and cards definitely debit!!

The food was good the service was poor,the servers were very slow and nonchalant, they didn't recognize the customers respectfully.

Makes for a good, quick KFC stop on most days. Surprisingly for such a small outlet they move a lot quicker than the bigger franchises. Sometimes the servers have a bit of an attitude but they've been on their feet for hours and some customers I've witnessed are just plain rude, just don't take it too personally.

Convenient location but worst service ever...... I haven't been to this KFC & not wait 25 minutes - I'm being kind want I say that- for my meal totally not Fast food service. Workers always in some disagreement.

They did not have much to offer. No zinger, no barbecue chicken, no hot and spicy chicken and no famous bowl

This branch actually does better than most of the others and this is good given the challenges they may or may not have.

The workers here are really unfriendly, disrespectful and very rude ... I have no interest purchasing anything at the rockfort KFC anymore for I , and other customers did not feel respectful or comfortable for goods and services we are purchasing.

This place will do, if you're desperate for some KFC. But it's way too small and uncomfortable for my taste. The place is always overcrowded with long lines often reaching outside and around the building. Thank God for KFC at Harbour View!

It was full but food was ok as usual

Small but fully stacked meals wise. I could have order a truck full of bbq chicken and still get it. Wait time 7/10 Overall visit (on a sunday) 8/10

I was on location before 11 am, and there was no crowd, however on my second pass after 1 pm, there was a long line. They observed COVID protocols on the inside

One of the best KFC outlet in Jamaica hands down, the chicken was seasoned to perfection..

They are very slow and unprofessional at this KFC. If u have time on your hand you can go there. During peak period your wait time is an estimated hour and a half. Don't go there when the sun is hot!!!
