We were welcomed by a one Cosmos who was very friendly. He asked how he could serve us and we told him that we had come for the restaurant and bar ... he showed us the lower restaurant and walked us up to the terrace before we decided where we wanted to seat. On seating, we were approached by a very jovial Emmanuel .. This guy should be training all the people on hotel management in Kampala. Emma served us to satisfaction and kept checking on us at certain intervals. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. i only wish they added like a massage parlor because once u walk in its ambiance, you never want to walk away. BEAUTIFUL.

Went for Sunday and had a few drinks at the roof top bar. We had oxtail pilau, it was so good. Service is impeccable. The roof top bar had amazing views.

Beautiful place, aesthetically pleasing 😍 The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and with good views. Had some of tender meat most meat I’ve had anywhere. I recommend this place for a staycation - solo or with friends.

It's a fantastic hotel to spend time. Security is great. Services are good. And a beautiful sceneries of Luzira and mulungo from the top floors.

Hands down one of the best apartment hotels I've ever stayed at. The central location makes it easy to get around town, yet it's still on a quite street. The hotel has a beautiful modern decor making it perfect for weddings, events, or long term stays. The rooftop terrace bar has the best views of the city. And the best part of our stay was by far the service. Every single person who worked at the hotel was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. We'll definitely be back.

We hosted our Gorgeous Mane book launch event at the roof top bar and I was very happy with the service generally. We waiters and managers were readily available to step in and support where we needed them. Also the space is so beautifully furnished and we just had to add a few nick knacks. The hotel has two restaurants, one on the ground floor that uses the colors green and brown to create a very cozy ambiance, and another on the rooftop that has a great view of the surrounding suburb & Lake Victoria. A great place to stay, suited especially to business travelers.

Upon arrival i was quickly seated by a friendly member of staff (Mr Hamza)who made us feel really welcome.The atmosphere of the restaurant was great and overall,with an outstanding view from the rooftop.The food and prices were great.

Came here to eat at the Rose Garden. Service was very good. Had the best waiter! Don’t hesitate to stay or have dinner here. We had the Ugandan Goat Stew and Pilau.

This hotel is spacious and comfortable with king sized soft mattresses and lavish bedding. And your rooms have good big flat screens tvs. I enjoyed both indoor and outdoor pool, spar and basketball court with good instructors. I really enjoyed during my stay.

Amazing service, went there for dinner on a Friday evening, very private, the service was amazing! Our waiter Aaron was the best, helped us take pictures, showed us around, took us up to the terrace, very beautiful place that has a 360 view of kampala.

The place is beautiful but the food is average. Service is slow. My friends ordered beer and it was served in disposable cup or Styrofoam cups and not in plain sight. It was poured in cups away from the room where we sat

Many people kept telling us that the place has bad service and is usually poorly rated & clearly, we should have listened. 🙆🏽‍♀️ For the wedding that came there for their photography on the morning of 29th.04.23 and the bridal shower later in the day...; If I could give the service a negative rate on the stars, I would give negative 100. The service is such rubbish, rubbish, rubbish. With that lady called Mariam or something like that. Where ever she gets the audacity to talk back at clients like they are children is beyond me. Then go ahead to police people yet they paid for the services? Rubbish place kabisa.

Zara Garden is a beautiful space . The standard room quality is impressive, the beds are super comfortable. The wait staff really efficient. The food pretty decent as well. I would recommend for a solo staycation. The cocktails are delicious, well crafted. I had a lovely time.
