Cool new place in Kitwe! Excellent service! Good food and cocktails! Best pizza! They have vegetarian options as well. All you need is a good company 😜

Firstly, it was my first time visiting social Kitwe and I was appalled by the drink I received. I asked for a classic mojito and I got a drink that was more of a long Island. The explanation I was given as to what there mojito is totally didn't make sense. Thankfully I wasn't paying for the drink because value for money. I must be offered a service. The waitress should have explained before bringing the drink the type of mojitos they serve. Other than that mishap, the food was tasty and the waitress was friendly. She also apologised for the drink. The place is well arranged and the ambience is ok. Would I go back? Yes just so I could have a second feel and opinion of the place.

A very lovely place to be... ..I love the set up its big and allows in natural air to flow in and out their cocktails are simply mouth watering and their beers are really served cold......customer service is splendid I love the way the stuff respect and treat customers........#social is simply the best🥃🙌🏾

The pizza I bought had no Vienna sausage around it and the server told me it's never made that way. I had no time to speak to her manager because I was in transit but I really wanted the usual social pizza, I got two anyway and left. Don't think I'm ever buying pizza here again

Not only is it one of the best clubs in Kitwe but the security is top notch. I lost my phone once in social and i was sure i wouldn't find it but the manager and staff were very helpful and helped me find it! I love it there!

One of the floor managers threatened to through my friends and i out because we sat on a table without buying a particular bottle that permits people to sit on those tables. (On 4th March 2023) Unfortunately, we are from out of town, and were not aware of this policy in the establishment. We were treated like we refused to comply with policy, and yet the policy was not made known to us. We did not appreciate her approach to this situation because all she needed to do was state what needed to be done politely.

Poor customer service wanted to order mutton dum biryani the lady went to check with chef if its available but never came back, kept waiting for more then 10mins. The guy at gate says I need to be patient good service takes time.

Social kitwe has the worst sanitation ever, the toilets are always filthy and no water running. It’s breeding of a lot of diseases definitely not the best place for a night life in kitwe. The Health Authorities should do something.
