Rented this place back in 2018. Very nice place to live. I only moved out because I got a new job on the other side of town. If not I would have considered buying a unit for myself.

Nice place, quiet and serene. Low density and very active community. Most of the residents are families. Ohh it is next to a forest reserve so the air feels fresher The management has been very diligent in improving the place. Maintenance fees is very affordable. Location wise it is between KL (30 minutes) and Sunway (10 minutes). You have an LRT 5 minutes drive away. There is a school 1 minute drive away. Overall it is a good place to raise a family.

Near to IPD Serdang. Also near to school and petrol pump. The residents are mostly chinese. It is a quiet place to live. But the traffic in an out of the area i quite jam on weekdays. The apartment is secured with security. Every in and out is recorded by the guard there. After 6 pm no outsiders can park inside even a visitor. The visitor parking will be closed. There is no outside parking provided. Need to park at the side of a road. But dont worry its not a busy road beacuse the apartment is placed at the end of a road. Thats all from me.

Such a great place to stay! Clean, well managed, quiet, low service charge, nothing i could ask more of for.

Visited a friends place at Sierra Residency. The place looks nice and cosy. Very well maintained.

Quiet place, low-denc Abit far from public transport

Quiet place with decent environment. Maintenance of the building is good or at least an acceptable level. Area also clean. Generally good for starting new family or individual with car as LRT is 5min drive away. Limited inside parking but ample of space outside. No pets allowed. New road coming up, hence easier access to the main road.
