Nice ambience, you can sit inside for air conditioning or outdoors which can be quite humid. You get a good spread of tapas and mains. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The prices are above average

Price is at high side it will be perfect if the prawns are fresher and the lamb cutlets are not difficult to cut. The food taste good so far but not consistent since I have came at least 5x to dine in.

There's a nice bar table inside. The service is good and friendly. Food is good, especially the lamb cutlets and calamari. Price wise slightly on the higher side, but a great dining experience, for those special occasions. Good place, be it with the kids, or with friends.

I came with my family and there isn't much group seating area available (except outdoor smoking area). We were sitting at the corner, with the store room behind us, the staffs struggled to walk in and out to get their stuffs. The seafood pasta is good, squid ink paella and seafood paella are nice too, but it will be better if the clams are more fresh. The lamb shank is very riches in flavour, and the carrots with mashed potatoes are matching well. We ordered 4 main dishes with an appetizer, price is on the high side as it is in a shipping mall. Menu has no picture on it, which takes us a long time to read through one by one.

We tried the Tapas section of the menu and I think it is quite close to Spanish popular recipes like the Tortillas I had in Spain. Really nice. Tortillas in Spain is not like the mexican flat bread but an Omelette with Potatoes and Onion.. nice subtle flavour and runny.. delicious. Next time we will try the Paella like the nice lady recommended.

Sadly, the service (particularly staffing and food) has dropped significantly since post-pandemic days. Waiter couldn't even get a drink order right, leading to me spending 20 minutes correcting their errs. The hygiene practice is appalling - waiter parked our menus on the on the next table & a brochure flew to the floor, only to be placed back without wiping. If your staff isn't capable of taking simple orders (just a handful of items) or cannot behave professionally, perhaps they shouldn't work here in the first place. To make matters worst, your food has become exceptionally bland - even a meal at a fast food outlet would've been significantly tastier. All in, we spent 50 minutes waiting and 5 minutes eating, moreso given the lack of professionalism and culture by your staff.

Place is a bit rundown. Air-conditioning wasn't working properly when we there. A lot of fruit flies. Wait staffs were polite but doesn't seem to be familiar with the menu.

Has brunch today. Food is good & price fair. But service is lacklustre. I found a piece of plastic among the vege & showed the waiter but he didn't seem surprised. Maybe this is not something new? Hope service level improves, i believe traffic will become better.

Not bad for couple of drinks and bites. Kind of run down compared to early days. You can smoke/vape outside seating area. Kinda chill out there. Do check your bottle level if you parked it. Experienced a “mistake” whereby the level of whiskey was lower when we came back to finish it. Nevertheless, we had a photo of it so yea, we got our bottle end of the day.

Have been a regular at La Bodega for quite some time and it's quite obvious that the standard has dropped steadily over the years. Their tapas used to be very good. Now, it's mediocre at best. For example, the chorizo they served was not even real chorizo (as you can see for yourself from the pic I uploaded). They used a regular sausage substitute that was clearly from the grocery store. The other tapaz dishes were also quite poor. The mains are, thankfully, still good. However, if you're a Spanish restaurant, tapaz dishes are your bread and butter that cannot be compromised. Service has also dropped off. The last two times I went, they got my order wrong both times. While the staff who made the error apologized, he didn't provide any compensation. Some of the staff also struggled with communicating clearly and we had to repeat ourselves many times to make ourselves clear. It's probably only this branch that is like this, I hope. Something clearly needs to change on the staff front. I don't know what happened, but there used to be good service here. I do hope they get better, but it's safe to say I'll be looking for different options now when it comes to Spanish food.

Went here for my reunion with my uni friends. We were here for dinner. There was not many people at the restaurant when we were there. Basically, we had the restaurant to ourselves! Anyway, we ordered some tapas and main dishes. What I liked most were the gambas and calamari and also the sautéed champignons (mushrooms). It was an interactive dining experience where we shared good plates of yummies between us. Good place to go.

Abit fishy when the staff asked us to use DuitNow to a personal account. Overall is good because is our regular place if any gathering at this part of area.

Waited the food for more than an hour. They claimed it’s because of “gas issue” but I saw other tables who came later than me already served their food. I don’t even wanna comment their food quality, i can’t even have my food. The most basic thing in a good serving restaurant, please…..

Always the best Tapas in town. Their lamb cutlet, mushroom and prawns are to die for. Service is very good. Parking is ample.

We had paella with chicken, 3 tapas - chicken in olive oil, lamb meatballs and mushrooms and a jug of sangria. The paella and tapas are all delicious. The sangria is really refreshing to drink. They also served bread to be eaten with the tapas.

Food was ok, for the price it could be better. Ordered a mixed paella , Cooked perfectly however clams were dried up till I couldn't locate them only the shells remain. Service was ok when they notice you else you might have trouble calling them as there are not call button available on the tables, especially if you are seated outdoors.

The food quality has dropped. The seafood paella was bland/not flavourful and the calamari was over fried. Seafood spaghetti and the mushroom were ok but can be improved.

If you want Portugal cuisine, or sangria alone, this is the place to be. Located in Empire Subang, this restaurant cum bar is well known in the area for good quality Portugal food. They have both aircond, and open air seating. For big group, opt for open air seating is preferable. Sangria is a must here. Garlic prawn cooked with olive oil is good, then dip the oil with bread.

Came here for a celebration. Mainly just for tapas and a paella. The place is mean to have fun, drink, and have a light meal Portioning is nice unlike many tapas restaurant small portion. Food prepared hot, bread is refilable, paella is full of flavour

A must to try Bodega's pollo al ajillo.
