Service slow , how can you ask your customer to wait while you name yourself fast food? Incompetent workers and not good management

Relatively still new. Staff need some courtesy and manners. When drive through. Ordered Coke and Ice Americano. Requested for less ice coke and less ice for Americano. When received the Americano was barely full of ice. Requested nicely as it is not good to drink extra chill in overwhelmingly hot weather. I'm okay even if they give me less filled up glass. Surprisingly when I received the drink it was only 20% filled with still ice in it. I was accepting still as it was my request to get less ice although my cousin felt this is too much. The person who gave the drink quickly close the door and went off. I wanted to request for a straw then I realised when when they see me they hide. After waited for a moment the manager came and I showed my cup with Americano. She tried to replace with new cup. I told her all I wanted was straw yet the amount given totally unacceptable. I didnt take the new cup as I dont want them to think I'm after more drinks with less pay. The recording I made could easily get viral but then I'm not interested with that. Hope the staff and management learn and improve with this review. Thank you.

The first order give less ice cream, the second order give less 2 hash brown, u-turn go back to pick up but give less, customers who want to go this mcdonald really need to attention‼ ️

Good location to drop by for breakfast if using + highway going north/south. Just a slight detour between Machap & S.Renggam exits.

Haven't eaten McD icecream for years, but used to be my favorite. The vanilla ice cream is hella sweet now with less to no vanilla flavor. Staff was friendly and sweet though, very fast service. Just not sure to buy the ice cream again..

Food, Atmosphere are good. But a service by ordering a menu, plz tally between cashier and food counter to make sure customer request is done.

Amazingly friendly and clean McD although it was packed. Order was processed efficiently and correctly. Will come back again.

Drive thru. But stucked here for 15mins. Outside highway jam, smaller road in simpang rengam jam, MCD also jam... :(

The place is kind of new. 2 drive thrus avaliable , abit tight corner at the back but it's alright. Toilet is clean and the restaurant is too. Staff was friendly as well
