Stopped in for a Venti White Mocha. It was paid for and I had it in hand in less than three minutes. Super friendly staff and clean store. Keep on being awesome.

This location is notorious for taking incredibly long time to fill orders. The orders are correct, just dont recommend if you need to be out quick. Additionally, the parking lot is horrendous. But it is also right there with campus, so I am sure they have most foot traffic and quite a high volume store.

One of the worst locations as of late. I placed a mobile order Friday. Was quoted 6-9 minutes, waited over 20. Staff was rude and unprofessional. The girl with the red apron and long brown hair has no business being in customer service. She kept touching her face and nose then making drinks without washing her hands. She was also complaining loudly the entire time about how much she hates people. There clearly seems to be zero management on site. This was one of my worst Starbucks experiences. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Will not return. And maybe they need a surprise health inspection…

Way to crowded area and much much to little parking space very inconvenient to get to the establishment and takes forever to get orders I sat in line 45 minutes to get one coffee and a bagle

I’ve been coming to this location for a really long time. I like to meet my friends or my clients here. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating.

I ran into an issue redeeming a coupon on the app. Despite this glitch, the staff at this store still helped me out and gave me my coupon/reward. Great service here. Thanks!

Just left this location and ordered a Venti strawberry refresher with the dragonfruit base. I order my drink the same way at any other Starbucks however, the woman at the window had to make my drink 3 times. She also closed the window in my face and said “There’s to many people talking to me at one time”! Only to come back to the window with the wrong drink again. I advise anyone going to this place especially if the heavyset women is gonna be there, to have patience. She’s not good at multitasking.

Headspace still from an international flight, had to work remote due to ghastly opening semester parking and needed coffee. Kit was wonderful and understanding. All while juggling a queue of cars out into the street. Hope Corporate appreciates you all.

Best Starbucks I’ve been to! The workers are consistently very kind and attentive and the lines always move incredibly quickly.

Very horrible energy, I went August 16 @5:30pm. Wouldn’t take 2 orders at the window so I had to go inside, then they take forever to complete my order inside although there was nobody in the drive through line. People going through drive through after me are getting their drinks before me. Very negative energy from staff & got my drink with barely any whip cream to top it all off…. Usually people here are so nice but not these.

This is a very busy location, but close to campus. A bit difficult to get into the parking lot from a left turn off Cumberland Avenue, but this still had a good experience with my coffee and service.

We are fine with the service and products. We are NOT fine with them not paying their employees a living g wage.

Loved the service, was having problems reloading my gold card, and my server offered to do it for me so I could get my points. So sweet ❤️

This is my regular Starbucks location, and I stop by on my way to work most mornings. The staff are very friendly, and Wayne (manager) is fantastic! He knows all of the regulars by name and goes out of his way to ensure that the customer service is top notch. Wayne and his employees deserve a raise. Tip your baristas!

Staff here is amazing and truly makes my family day better! Will is amazing, Angie (I think that’s her name, sorry) is so sweet, Natalie is delightful and makes our drink fasts. All around a 10 out of 10 for service, food, atmosphere and drink.
