We did not stay here!!! Myself, my 2 kids, and my husband stopped here thinking it looked decent enough. Get to our room, started checking the room for bugs ( habit ) when we found drugs in the dresser drawer and cockroaches started crawling around everywhere.... needless to say, we got a refund and left. The only good thing I will say is the receptionist lady was sweet as can be.

I gave this place a 2-Star rating rather than a 1-Star rating solely based on the location relative to Neyland Stadium and the fact that the lady at the front desk was a wonderful person and was very helpful and nice. The room was TERRIBLE in every way imaginable. The instant we walked into the door, the smell of marijuana punched us in the face. It was so strong. We were also immediately greeted by cockroaches. The carpet on the floor was sticky enough we didn't even feel comfortable enough to remove our shoes. We looked in the refrigerator and found more roaches. There were cigarette burns completely lining the bathtub and sink. The towels provided were all stained. The remote control was held together with tape. These issues are just scratching the surface. We didn't arrive until after 1 am, so we actually ended up just sleeping in our vehicle. Again, the lady at the desk was great, which is honestly why we just left it alone for the night. I really hope that the owner(s) plan some MAJOR CHANGES.

Roaches! Plenty of they cane outta the woodwork when I came back with food as you can see in the sauce cup they are aggressive. No remote for the TV, and the one they bought to me only powers the TV on, doesn't change the channel or adjust the volume. I planned on staying 2 days but asked for a refund for the second day because I cannot do roaches in the bed with me. I booked through Booking, and as usual they provide the most prestine photos of the property that do not match once you are on site.

Rooms need to be remodeled . Seen a few roaches running around in the room . The bed was hard and couldn't get comfortable enough to get some well needed sleep !

One & only use of this motel was because of more desirable places being full due to a football game.

Terrible!!!! Disgusting,. Bathroom dirty, several burn holes in the blankets(+30), roaches. Roaches. Roaches!!! Couldn't stay, and requested a refund. 7-10 day wait for my refund. Woman at front seat was the only good thing about this place (very friendly). Horrible experience. !!!

Very run down place. Rude staff! Especially the guy who works at night and the lady who does housekeeping. The weekly rate is about $500 and your room is dated to be older than my parents and I'm 35yrs old... it's old, dirty, mildewy.. and the power goes out quite a bit. They do have a pool however, you're nor close to anything and cannot walk anywhere as it's right off the highway. They will put you out for any little thing and they even REFUSE to give you clean sheets once a week.. but the kicker is, they refuse to give you toilet paper every day or every other day when you're paying so much to stay there. DONT GO THERE. TURN AROUND AND RUN!!!@

I DoorDash 12-14 hours a day Friday-Sunday. This was my first time renting a hotel and was the cheapest for the night. Stayed here Saturday night to avoid an hour trip home and then an hour trip back. Super glad I made the choice to stay here. Allowed me to get more sleep and everything was comfy and I slept like a baby. I'll definitely be coming back

Staff is real nice, but when i got to look at that room 1st b4 renting for the night. 🤮 That room was disgusting. It smelled, bathroom was dirty, walls were dirty, blanket had small rips in it, found 2 screws on the mattress, not a clear place to stay plus the area felt super sketchy... We went down the street and paid more for a very clean hotel.

The only good thing I have to say is the lady at the front desk was nice. I go to the room it was OK 🤷‍♀️ but then the TV and remote didn't work so I go to look and see if it's plugged up behind the TV stand and I found a 20 oz empty soda bottle and a banquet chicken pot pie and some kind of blue pills and the bathroom wasn't clean the sink was rusted cigarette burns on the tub holes in the couch and the front door was all beat up and scratched up it definitely wasn't worth almost $80 I didn't even sleep in there I had been at work all day and was so tired but I am about to go to sleep now I just got a clean bed. This is my first time commenting on Google I seen my phone asked how my stay was and I just had to provide my experience for others to know so they don't waste their time and money like I did.

Hotel needs new everything to the staff and owner. Found a needle in the room I was staying in, I immediately went to the office and I was told to come back when I checked out in the morning when the manager was there and was promised a refund and I never received a refund or even for to talk to the manager for some reason when I went to try and show them what I found, how convenient he was never there or busy.

I feel extremely bad having to leave such a poor review as the woman at the front desk was super sweet and the hotel's manager was super understanding and accommodating to our concerns. The rooms were in horrific shape and my bf and I could not stay there even after they complimentary upgraded us to a bigger room. We ended up getting a full refund. It's a shame this place is so poorly kept because the staff is extremely pleasant and it's very difficult to remove my emotions from the situation regarding the condition of the hotel because I dont want that to reflect upon them.

Our room #206 was very nasty and full of ROACHESSSS .they were crawling on the walls,the headboard, the bed everywhere!!!! The mattress was very nasty and covered in filth. Sheets were filthy,Covers had holes,stains on everything ! Called and left message for the manager and waiting to hear back from them to see if they refund us since we had to drive and purchase another room ! I JUST WANT THE MONEY WE SPENT BACK and them to fix the infestation problem ! Can't believe they rent these rooms in the condition they are in !

Me and a girl friend of mine stayed here for a few days. Long story short I went back to rent a room again with a guy friend of mine they say they can't rent to me anymore. So of course I ask them why. They said because I rented a room and didn't stay in it and the girl that did had all kinds of traffic in and out. So actually I called and told them myself I wouldn't be going back to the room. And that I was sure the girl that was with me was gonna stay but could they please take my name off of it and put it in her name. They said that was fine they would take care of it and thanked me for calling. So if they would have done what they said I wouldn't have been put in that situation and got turned away

I personally have had nothing but a positive experience in the few weeks I been here. Staff very friendly! I didn’t see one bug and maintenance did pest control regularly. Reason I can not give 5 stars is because the hotel is outdated and its definitely seen its share of yuck people but come on what can you expect from a 2 star hotel?! I do wish a gas station or fast food was within walking distance but the hotel does have vending machines and they sell things at front desk.

This is my 3 rd night here and second room in . Just a normal hotel, didn't find anything bad . Didn't like the shower adjustment but it's good if you accurately turn it on 😆. Looks good got king size no smoking and they're a great place to relax stretch and sleep

The hotel was very, very, very old. There is nothing luxurious about this place. It's just a place to lay your head. If you're going to stay here, don't forget the Lysol and febreze.

It was clean, quit an everything was fine..sleep so good..I was very comfortable..lol

The room wasn't clean I found a candy sitting on the dresser. Turn down the covers and found a bed bug on the pillow, my family turned around and left.

There were cockroaches in the rooms. The rooms also are too expensive for the quality. There's not much walking distance from it either. I personally will never go there and rent a room myself.

Short staffed if in search of employment.. Quiet polite and the customer service is pretty cool very easy going

Absolutely wonderful. Staff is so nice and very helpful. Literally so thankful for them!!

I needed a quick place to stay for a night and their price was reasonable for a very high quality room. I'll definitely go back again.

I lived at this motel for almost 2 years and while it may not be the Hilton the staff are very nice the rooms were clean there was prompt courteous service and overall my experience was extremely positive if I ever need a motel room again I would definitely come back here
