The hosts were amazing. Very accommodative. They even made us breakfast to go on the morning we were departing because we had to leave super early. The rooms were great. Nice and spacious too. The only thing was the TV channels were almost non existent.

If there were 6 stars we would have given them. The passion and positive energy of these two ladies are simply beyond any expectations. You kinda feel sick when you're leaving. Congratulations Nathalie and Kate, we had the best stay!

We spent 4 nights at the Double Dutch in November 2019 and had a great time thanks to the kindness of Kate and Nathalie. We loved taking the breakfast while admiring the lovely view on the Knysna bay. The large rooms and the wholde guest house is decorated with very good taste. Such a great place! With great views and the host Nathalie and Kate are so nice hospitable and knows how to run this business very well! We got offered a room with stunning views of Knysna head and lovely glass of red on arrival! The town is 12 mins walk from the place! It’s the place to be if you want to stay in Knysna

Lovely hosts and accomodation!

Double Dutch is very well located in Paradise overlooking the Knysna lagoon and Knysna heads. Great views! Kate and Natalie are the owners, two very friendly, helpful and hartelijk Dutch ladies. Small and very familar hotel (only 5 or 6 rooms I think), rooms are spacious and well equipped - and spotlessly clean. Very nice and well maintained garden surrounds the rooms and leads to the pool area. All so beautiful that it is touching, you should see it! Breakfast is nice, Kate and Natalie fill the mini bars with super red / white wines you might not know yet and for evening dinner various restaurants are in walking distance. Free and safe parking on the premises. Double Dutch provides perfect accommodation in Knysna!

Amazing guesthouse…beautiful rooms with panoramic view on the lagoon and ocean. Wonderful and perfect maintained garden. On top of this you feel more as welcome as soon as you enter the gate. The ladies are enthousiast and high service oriented, and serving delicious breakfast. Great place to be

Great stay here with hosts Nathalie and Kate who were very welcoming and helped with local knowledge, restaurants etc. Lovely room (oyster catcher) with a nice view. Good breakfast. Happy to recommend this b & b
