If I could give this 0 stars I would. We booked this hotel back in April to stay over NYE. After waiting 2.5hours to check in, we were told they could not find our booking, even though we had all the confirmation and had already paid. We weren’t the only ones with this issue, so many people were being turned away. The staff and hotel did not help us to find any other accommodation or to even support us or offer an apology. We are now struggling to get a refund, even though this was no fault of our own. Rude, unorganised and disappointing to say the least. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

Great hostel/hotel it is totally new only open for 1.5 month as of writing this review, the hostel has a lot of potential and great activities planned for the future. The shared dorms are a little small but it has what you need and a private bathroom and toilet for each dormitory. The lobby is air conditioned and has a lot of games to meet other people. We did not have many people at the time but i believe that it is going to be full at high season. Location is one minute walk from all the best parties which is the best part. The pool was really nice and unique and i would suggest this hostel to any young people looking for adventure and meeting people while also relaxing.

Amazing new hotel! The moment we arrive, you feel you’re in the coolest house high-end party . Their so many staff around that taking care of everything. The rooms are beautiful designed and bright! Rooms were very clean and beds super comfortable, loved the small details like a fresh towel and sheets and bottled water for a hostel bed. Not great for a solo traveler (granted its low season), seemed difficult to meet other people compared to regular hostels. The manager with blonde hair was SUPER helpful and accommodating for absolutely everything! Only negative was when I went to check out, there was no one at the desk at 7:30-8AM, waited and finally found someone who did not even have the keys to return my security deposit or call the cab that was prearranged, had to wait until 8:30 to get my deposit back and no cab, it was an extremely unorganized and frustrating experience as it made me miss my ferry.

Really good location. Bad service. (Except for Kate that was amazing). Amazing bed and shower, everything looks really modern, pink pool was cool but when we came on September it was seriously empty. I heard it was a young spirit place but it was the emptiest hotel I’ve seen so far in Thailand. Overall good hotel but would not return due to bad management and service.

I loved my stay here, the lobby/reception area is really cool. The pool area is great. The location is perfect if you want to be near the party scene in Chaweng and near to the beach. The staff were all so nice and helpful. The room was really clean and well equipped and water was provided every day. Would definitely recommend!

What else! Amazing stay, we had the best time. The team, the room everything was perfect. If you are looking for a fun holiday in Koh Samui it's the place to be. Shelly welcomed us at the reception and gave us all the details about the island which was very helpful on arrival. Thank you

The best hotel ever! We had so much fun over new years. The energy never ends. The music was amazing and it was great not to have to look for a party all the time as the whole hotel is a party! The rooms are quiet and the atmosphere of all the traveller's was really amazing. Will definitely be back!

We stayed two nights in an 8 bed mixed dorm and it was absolute pleasure! Wishing we could've stayed longer. 💗🍻🏖️🐚 So many fun activities and events daily and really kind welcoming and supportive. Shout-out to Louise and her singing talent! Would definitely stay here again next time I return to Koh Samui

Go here!! This was the cleanest, most thoughtful and fun hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Is is beautifully designed, with a clean pool and pool bar in a convenient location. 3 minute walk to the beach and in the middle of all the happening. There’s not one department this place has failed in. The rooms were exceptionally clean with a huge balcony and daily housekeeping. There were two en-suite toilets and two modern showers with hot water. The mattress felt like heaven and the air con worked so well and was quiet. Seriously, some of the best sleeps of my life. The rooms seemed to have great soundproofing, so you can sleep even when you’re not into partying much. During the day this place had a casual, laid back vibe where you can chill by the pool or enjoy good coffee and food. At night, there’s daily social activities like pool tournaments, quiz nights. Great, if you want to meet people and have fun. There’s also a WhatsApp group if you want to engage more. It’s seriously good vibes and nothing pretentious as I’ve experienced at other hostels. Inside the hotel is a speak-easy bar with professional cocktails. They have the attentive staff and loveliest security. I felt very safe in this place. I had an amazing time and I would come back any time!

Stayed here for 4 nights. I was worried after reading previous reviews about NYE and people not getting their room and waiting all day to check in. Thankfully this was not the case for us, it seems as though there was some major mess up at NYE time. We arrived just at about check in time 2pm and were shifty checked in. We stayed in private room and the room was spotlessly clean. Good bed, shower and huge smart TV. Rooms cleaned everyday to high standard. New towels in room daily and beach towels available at the pool area. If you want to get a good night sleep it’s best to avoid this hotel. The music from surrounding bars and clubs is incredibly loud until about 4am in the morning (if not later). We got used to it as the days went on but it was the worst I’ve ever experienced in terms of noise from surrounding areas. The facilities were good - pool tables, dart boards, TVs all over the reception area, games (connect 4, etc.) and loads of chill out area spaces. There is also a fresh filtered water dispenser on each floor which gives boiling, cold and sparking water which was really convenient. We did not use the bar facilities as we thought the drinks were overpriced for the setting. If you are marketing yourself as a hostel hotel type vibe it makes no sense that drinks are more expensive than a lot of the bars 2 steps away. We also did not try the speakeasy but this was our own choice - drinks are more expensive there too but you expect expensive drinks in a speakeasy bar. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, location is good in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Koh Samui and the hotel was overall extremely well up-kept. Would give it a skip if you are older or if you expect a good night sleep every night.

I was in Thailand for one month and this was the worst hotel we visited here. We waited 4.5 hours at the reception for our room, which we had reserved in advance. When we finally got our turn, we got the wrong room. We went back to the reception and POLITELY asked for another room, because we paid 100 dollars a night for a big bed and got two small beds, they answered us: "you can be glad that you have a room" - the employees are unpleasant, unhelpful. When we asked for towels two days in a row, I was told that the laundry had not been washed and therefore they could not give it to me. You won't find basic things like a hair dryer here either. Another thing I would like to mention is the location of the hotel... the hotel is near night clubs, so the shaking walls in the room and the loud music won't let you sleep until 5 in the morning. The fact that someone is running around the hotel, shouting and banging on your door is also "the scene is fine" The hotel is expensive, the staff are unpleasant, the location is bad and the rooms do not match your reservation. I definitely do not recommend!

This establishment falls short of my expectations for a hostel. While the building itself is aesthetically pleasing, it lacks in other aspects. During my stay over the New Year's Eve, I found that there were no organized events or activities happening. Furthermore, the hostel was overbooked, yet it seemed that no one wished to remain on the premises. I encountered difficulties communicating with the majority of the staff, as they were not proficient in the English language. Consequently, placing an order became a confusing and error-prone experience. In addition, the continuous playing of loud music throughout the premises seemed rather unnecessary, considering the absence of guests. One particular event that caught my attention was a barbecue; however, the meat was left exposed to the sun for an extended period, which led me to refrain from indulging due to concerns of potential food poisoning. All in all, this establishment appears to possess an attractive facade but lacks the vibrant atmosphere that one expects from a hostel. I strongly advise against choosing this option for accommodation.

A very bad hotel. In the beginning, we waited for about an hour and a half for the login data to be taken, and the data was recorded very slowly. I was surprised that the room I requested was changed and I paid an additional amount for it. While I asked the employee why the change was made, is there no compensation for the difference that I paid? She said that if If you want this room, take it or go to the reception and receive your money, knowing that all the hotels on the island are busy to celebrate New Year. A bad experience that will not be repeated again, and I do not recommend it at all. It was noisy at night and I could not sleep.

WORST EXPERIENCE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! (We booked accommodation 3 months prior to our stay) waited in a que for over 2 hours, to be then told they had no booking as their booking system was down… this was 2 days before new year and found out this is a regular occurrence! Staff were rude, smirking at the situation and did not care… we then had to pay triple what we intended to due to last minute prices over new year! Place is also deceiving in picture, outdoor area run down - save your money and time!

Nicest hostel we have stayed at while travelling Asia for 3 months! The rooms are so clean and so new and modern. The dorms have a lot of privacy with a full curtain and a spacious balcony overlooking the pool area. Location is great as it is round the corner from the Main Street with restaurants, bars etc. Must stay while in Koh Samui but be prepared for very loud music throughout the day and night.
