Just what one expects from Starbucks, nice coffee, fresh pastry served with a smile.

Very average cappuccino. Iced green tea latte was too sweet for me. The pancakes were however very tasty but a bit too pricey. Good for friends chilling as the restaurant was quite quiet and lots of seatings available.

The place is sooooo cold. Coffee is always good. If you need wifi, you need to go the cashier and let them connect it for you, which was a bit hassle. They have no toilet inside. They have a second floor also. Accept cash and cards.

Male barista was always friendly and kind! AC felt amazing. Was nice to have something familiar while visiting :)

Coffee and dessert - 10/10 Wifi -1/10 Wifi really sucks. Just can't connect even after I did registration. Thanks God I took my phone charger, so I can share internet to my laptop. I noted that wasn't only my problem. Some customers were sharing wifi as well. Please, Starbucks, do something with that. Thank you!

Average Starbucks atmosphere. Air condition (the temperature it’s freezing cold 🥶) It’s pricey but it’s also very good coffee ☕️

Starbucks is Starbucks but it’s good. I was satisfied with my drip coffee. We chose second floor to work at and I let the staff know we needed a table cleaned. They were attentive even though they had a steady stream of customers. They should know their service was noticed and appreciated.

It's probably the only normal place to get cappuccino around Central world. They have all the alternatives milk. Don't count on wifi here - while it is strong. It is used by sooo many.

It’s such a lovely spot the atmosphere is so nice with the decor being festive and an outdoor area to sit which opens up to a outdoor singing and amazing ambience.

Absolutely love the service here. Felt nicely welcomed with friendly service from all the staff - energetic and accommodating yet very quick with processing orders. The venue is well drenched in icy cold air conditioning, which made it perfect for me making my way along Chaweng during hot hot day. Extensive space offering ground floor and second floor seating options. With the coffee they are definitely charged at premiums (comparatively) on the island. I guess that's for being Starbucks... There are plentiful novel or seasonal list of beverages on offer but I personally never find them enjoyable as their classic good old coffee (and chocolate drinks).

This must be the most expensive Starbucks I visited in Thailand. It's more expensive that at the airport, more expensive than any Starbucks in Bangkok, or Phuket. I am a Starbucks regular with a Gold membership, the staff is lovely, the shop is clean, but I won't pay 145 THB for a hot, small-sized latte again. That's just over the top.

Though I normally patronize Starbucks at home, this will likely be my only visit to this location. At home, this would rate 5 stars but everything is relative, and here there are better choices for a caffeine/snack fix. North Americans seeking a bit of home will feel comfortable here but if one really wants to be a tourist, check out the stand alone shop near Tops or sample the Tops location. Both serve amazing hot beverages with the stand alone highlighting what individual service and preparation is all about. Besides, your Starbucks loyalty card does not work here anyway.

Your usual Starbucks experience but without the active friendly atmosphere. Lacks decorations and nothing adorns the floor or walls. Austere. Coffee is fine, but lacks kick. Food is limited. Better to go to Costas or one of the other coffee shops.
