To stumble across this little authentic Italian restaurant in Fishermans Village, Bophut was a lovely surprise. We were so impressed with our first dining experience we have been back 3 times since we have been in Samui. Francesco (the owner) and his team are an absolute delight to spend time with, the level of service is perfecto! Daniele the head chef is also Italian and after having travelled through Italy earlier in the year we have become partial to Italian style cooking and Daniele does not disappoint. We have tried multiple pastas on the menu and if you are looking for some delicious lamb chops he is an expert and ensures the best quality of meat is always on the menu. Daniele will always come out to say hi and provide his expert advice of what you should order. I also have a dietary requirement of no onion and garlic and most of his dishes do not use these ingredients, and the food is spectacular. We love the feel of the restaurant and how homely it feels, Francesco will share time with you and surprises you with a welcome taste of Prosecco, the girls are great and make sure you are very well taken care of and understand your dining style. Great Italian wine selection and very well priced for Samui, they also have a great selection of Grappa too! Cannot recommend L’Italiano enough, make sure you pop down there one evening if in Samui and become part of the family and enjoy the delightful atmosphere and authentic Italian food.

Loved everything about this place especially the people working here including the owner who really loves what he does. They treated us like family and went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted. The owner even prepared a special dish for us because it wasn't on the menu. This place is farely new, only being open for about 6 months but they're definitely on the right track to a successful business. This cute and cozy place has great decor with comfortable seating, Great Atmosphere and delicious Italian food like a mama use to make 😋❤ We'll definitely be coming back for another L'Italiano treat very soon!

Small but very good Italian. Owned by a very nice Italian guy. We ate some very nice Ravioli and Lasagna, drank good Italian wine and ended with a nice Limoncello. A little Italy on Koh Samui 😎

We ordered salmon and i would say it is the worst salmon I have ever had. It was frozen salmon and when it was served it was like leather on the outside, totally over cooked and row on the in side. The portion was very small.

Restaurant is good , chef and staffs so friendly. If anyone looking for dinner i recommend this restaurant.

One of the best and fresh pizza, i have ever had..! I am from india, and pure vegetarian.. they listened our brief with so much patience, and made pizza for us beyond our expectations.. its was so delicious. Place is small but very well decored. Will recommend for sure.

Beautiful little hidden Gem in Koh Samui. The staff were lovely and the food was amazing. My son had the lasagna and it was how my Nonna use to make it. I had the Aribiatta it was delicious the sauce was just how I make it at home. We also ordered the Bruschetta and it was moist not dry and we loved it. For dessert we had Trimisu and homemade ice-cream both were well made not too sweet.
